Being a moderator means you have power, like being able to lock, delete and edit threads. One very hard thing I find is overlooking threads such as;


o Anybody need staff for a server or anybody have a server that is bukkit they DON'T want?I just want to host and help servers. o


When in all honesty, I want to delete it or lock it and reply with o Earn admino . Although Io ve managed to fight this urge so far, it may eventually drive me to point of stalking the OP and murdering them in broad daylight, which would be tragic, I guess.


Rather than ranting, this is more of a plea for my own sanity. Stop asking for admin and for things to be made for you! Earn them! This is the real world, sort of, and you dono t just get things handed to you. You made a thread asking someone to give you OP, oko ¦


Leto s look at it this way, if you had a server and saw this post what would you do? Most likely think o no, gtfo.o , I simply cannot understand why people make these threads thinking they will get anywhere. Is it so hard to pause and think about what youo re posting for a minute? To even look at the recent posts and see other similar posts.


Like a real job, you cano t just put your application out there and hope someone will accept it; you have to go to them and make an effort. While this is just a position on a server, ito s still like a job in many aspects.
