I have only tried 3 Mini Games and I already saw some unique stuff.
This server gets daily updates and it's fun but is is very unpopular so please check it out.

The games i've tried
I have played with the owner and some other people some unique survival games.You don't open the chests with right click.You spam right click(Or hold,I didn't get to experiment to much)and the items drop.Then the armor have special statuses like speed or reflect.The weapons get stats too.I got a shovel that was actually a spear that had additional range.
Now the second game I played it's a game with different modes(Team,FFA and Death Match).You pick a kit(No melee weapons) that have different skills and enchants on bows.In game you try to kill as many of the enemies as possible.If you play with friends this could be very fun and intense.
Now the third one was fun and hard.You get a stick with low knock back,a punch 5 bow with only one arrow and you try to upgrade you knock back stick by hitting people.Your objective is to be the last man standing.You get 3 lives.

Also the second game is Elemental Archers and it has even three different gamemodes, Team Deathmatch, Free For All and Capture The Flag
Team Deathmatch = Aqua Team vs Lime Team each player has 3 lives last team alive wins.
Free For All = everyone vs everyone each player has 3 lives, last alive wins.
Capture The Flag = Aqua Team vs Lime Team first team to capture 3 flags wins.
The gamemodes aren't unique, but game itself makes it unique(the classes with bow abilities, etc.)
And in Govindas Survival Games weapons also have stats, the shovel which you had is a spear and it should have had stats too. Spears can hit from higher range than other weapons, but they have lower chance to get good stats.(Each item is randomly generated every time with random stats, and it has chances to get good/bad stats etc, better resource = higher chance of good stats)
