This is pulled from my story Gold3nL0re that I’ve been working on since November 9th, 2022. This is also revised and reformatted, and the document I have this story on is link open, meaning anyone with the link can access the full story. The story does take on a couple of different perspectives, but I’m just focusing on Goldie’s perspective for this whole piece.

Golderia, February 4, 1850
There was a Dimension called Golderia. The golden castle was filled with Golderians. My parents, the royal family who were in charge of the whole floating island, were both in their room. Mom held me, with Dad beside her. I haven’t opened my eyes yet.
"What a natural. Unfortunately he doesn't wanna open his eyes" said Dad.
His name’s Daniel D. GoldenHub, and he’s the king of the castle. I’m the firstborn in the bloodline, so the throne would be mine when I’m old enough.
Mom brought both Dad and herself dinner. I believe they had steak.
My mom’s name’s Carrie B. GoldenHub. She knows how to make hairbows, which was probably why Dad married her in the first place. He fancied people with good talent
As soon as Mom and Dad sat down, I opened my eyes slowly. They both let out a surprised gasp.
"Well, he has two different eye colors," said dad. Mom took time to breathe as she needed to recover from the surprising thing about my eyes.
"His eyes- one’s blue, one’s gold!" Mom said, still heavily breathing. Dad set me in my cradle, and went over to Mom.
"Daniel, I went to the end last night. I wanted to find out about our ancestry. I found out some of our ancestors were Enderians. The dragon let me take a basket full of chorus fruit, that way I could make certain herbal soups for our son. That way, he can become who he’s destined to be. The Enderian kind of Golderia. Don’t you want that?" said Mom.
“Well, it certainly would be nice, and unique” said Dad.
“We’re both gonna have the soups as well. I don’t want our son to feel alone on this” said mom. Dad looked at me. At that moment, I still never knew what my parents were talking about.
"I think our son should be named ‘Wyatt H. Goldenhub’," said Dad. Mom took a sip of the herbal tea she made herself.
“That’s a nice name! But I was thinking ‘Goldie’ for the name, You know, for the king of Golderia of the eighteen-seventies until he had his son” said Mom.
“Well, the only way we can settle on this is have Wyatt be his given name, and people can call him Goldie if that’s up to him” said Dad. Mom took yet another sip.
“That’s not a bad idea, actually. You’re the king, so you have more of a say anyways” said Mom. I’m glad they’ve made that arrangement, since arguments in the presence of an infant baby would bring out the cries of almost unbearably chronic torture.
Golderia, November 9, 1857
I was with my brother, Gary GoldenHub. He was adopted, probably a rescue since Dad was pretty much a mercable king. Gary had learned to finger crochet thick strings, and even made one to turn into a necklace. He stuck a red gem onto it, and he even secured it too. He put the necklace on me.
Gary has been gifted with magic powers, and he sometimes pulls tricks on me.
“Gary, this is nice!” I told him.
“Yeah, I’ve requested to learn all sorts of crafts. I would suggest you try, but you’ll have other responsibilities when you’re older” said Gary.
"Goldie! could you come here for a moment?" called Dad
“Goldie, I’ll go with you,” said Gary.
“No, you stay here and practice on what you wanna do for crafts” I told Gary.
“Gonna have to listen to you more when you become king anyways” said Gary. That forced a small laugh out of me.
"Coming, dad!" I said. I ran to his room, and I saw him with a blue box with golden decorations.
"Where did you find that?" asked dad. He looked at my new pendant with interest.
"Gary made it," I said. He took off my pendant to get a closer look at it. He put it back on me.
"Didn’t expect you both to get along this well at a young age without my needing to tell you to" said Dad.
“Dad, Gary’s the only person even close to a friend close enough to my age to have as a friend. You said so yourself, you need to find friends in life” I reminded him. A cat came out of the box. The cat was white with blue eyes.
“He’s yours. Someone named him Marshmallow, but don’t be afraid to change the name” said Dad.
“Why would I? I like the name” I told dad. That’s what Dad liked about me. I saw positive things, meaning my glass is half full.
Both me and Gary were homeschooled, and our private tutor knew a lot of stuff. Our tutor’s name is Naomi Cullen. She wore a green dress, her brown hair on a fancy bun. I wore black pants, gold boots, a black undertunic, and a blue overtunic to match my hair, which was naturally blue. At some rare instances, Golderians have special natural hair colors. Gary’s hair was green. He had almost the same outfit as me, but his overtunic was green, and his boots were silver.
The three of us went on a walk around the island, when I saw someone trip over. He looked the exact same age as me. Some older kids laughed at him.
“What’s wrong? Could your so-called ‘magic’ not save you from that?” asked one of the kids. I walked over, wanting to stand up for that kid. I never knew him, or any of them for that matter. But I do not support bullying, or anything that could give stress to kids like me.
“Leave him alone” I told them. One of the kids looked at me, shocked.
“Dude, that’s the princes!” said one of the kids. They all ran away.
“Thank you. You saved me there” said the kid who tripped over.
“It’s okay. You never deserve what they did. You only fell over”
“For sure. My name’s Grayson. Grayson D. Downing”
“Goldie. Wyatt H. GoldenHub”
“You’re the prince? No wonder why they ran away”
“No wonder. They probably thought I was gonna tell my dad. But I’m giving them one last chance. Just one” I reassured him before helping him up. He brushed off his clothes.
“Do you often get picked on?”
“Yeah, they know my mom has magic. And to think I should’ve gotten magic too by blood”
“My brother has magic too, but he’s adopted. My mom has magic too, but I don’t. My parents even have proof of me being theirs by blood”
“Guess I’m not alone then. Kinda funny how things work out” said Grayson. Soon, he showed me to his place.
Grayson’s skin was tan, and his hair was brown. He wore a purple tunic, gray pants, and brown boots. Usually, the rich could afford clothes like Gary wore. My boots were the mark of the true heir to the throne. When we went in, I saw 6 dogs, and 8 horses. The food bowls magically refilled themselves, and when the horses ate the corn outside, it magically regrew itself in a couple of seconds.
“Hey, Mom! The prince is visiting!” called Grayson.
“Okay! Just make sure he knows the whole upstairs is a mess!” called his mom. Soon, she came down with a glass of water. She gave the glass to me. She wore a brown dress.
“No thanks, I would prefer herbal tea” I told her.
“Not to worry, dear. We have flavor powders we can stir in the water” said Grayson’s mom. Flavor powders? She opened the cupboard.
“We have apple, lemonade, orange, grape, berry, peach, strawberry, and cherry” said Grayson’s mom.
“I’ll take berry, please” I requested. I may be of royal blood, but I know my kind manners. Grayson’s mom took a small spoon, scooped up some powder, and stirred it in my water. After that, I took a sip.
“This is really good! Thanks!” I told her.
“No problem! You can come by any time” said Grayson’s mom. Soon, I finished my drink.
“Hey, I think It’s time to go back,” said Naomi. I got up.
“Well, it was nice meeting you guys. Miss Downing, do you want a job as one of the cooks at the castle? You could make drinks for everyone, it’s good pay” I asked.
“Oh, no thanks,” said Grayson’s mom.
“Mom, we can buy more stuff if you get this job,” said Grayson.
“It’s okay. You both can talk about it, and one of you could let me know next time we see each other” I said. After that, they said good night to me, and I left with Naomi and Grayson.
Ambroland, Maine, November 19, 1966
There are time travelers in the twenty-fifties, known as Cyberlords. When a Cyberlord dies, they regenerate. Meaning the body not only repairs itself, but it also changes. Goldie Hartnell, a Cyberlord rebel, visited Golderia in eighteen-seventy-five, and witnessed the war of the Golderians and the Cyberlords. He had Crystal Endfrost with him as his companion.
She had a light purple hair color, her shirt matched her hair, her jacket was red, and her shorts were purple. She had purple horns as well. She was an Enderian obviously.
I was an adult back then, and Goldie had witnessed my death. Before I completely died, Goldie healed me, putting all of his energy into me. However, Mom wanted us both to live. She wanted me to escape Golderia. She transferred Goldie’s spirit and consciousness into my body, and merged it with mine. Goldie Hartnell did look like my doppelganger, so he wouldn’t have to change his face again.
“Goldie, you and Crystal go back to your time machine, and get out. You both are the same person now, but I hope for the best” said Mom. Me and Crystal ran back. As we jumped in and took off, I reached for the console. After a while, I shaved my beard, and changed into a suit and tweed jacket.
Years in my future later, I was dying of radiation. I made my way to my time machine, which was bigger on the inside like always. I set off, and soon regenerated. However, something must’ve happened with Mom’s magic. Something released a particle of regeneration energy out of alignment. It also contained a particle of fresh flesh. It happened to time-slip into the year nineteen-sixty-six, and it grew me a body. However, the particle of what was left of Mom’s energy gave me the clothes I wore when I regenerated.
I went inside a forest, wandering around. There was a chest with torches around it. It was full of stone tools that I picked up. I used the ax to cut an oak tree. I made planks out of the logs, and I used some of the planks to construct a crafting table. I planned on making other stuff, but it was getting dark. I did get a stick that may have been useless. Until I saw a zombie coming towards me. I stabbed it in the heart using the stick, and that killed it. I ran, and I found an old deserted house. I decided to sleep there. I found a portrait that said “Painted in 1765”. This portrait was really old. I found a bedroom that I slept in.
When I woke up, it was almost daytime. The zombies and skeletons had smoke coming off of them. They were almost burning. The undead usually burns up in sunlight. After they burned up, I went into the woods to get food. I was walking along the forest while the sun was bright with no sign of animals. Just trees, grass, and flowers. I saw an arrow fly beside me, and was barely touching my hair. There must have been a skeleton nearby in the shade.
I went to where the arrow came from, and it was not a skeleton or a pillager. It was a person. That person was hunting for food. He wore jeans, a black shirt, a blue jacket, an orange vest, and an orange hat. He also had slightly long hair, and a beard. He was also like a real life half and half filter. On the left, his hair was an extremely dark brown, and he had a regular skin tone. On the right, his skin was like a light, yet beautiful blue. His hair was blue as well. But his right eye was different. It was blue, but weirdly blue. His iris was a light, beautiful blue. What was supposed to be white, was a dark blue.
"I'm very sorry, I thought you were an animal. Wear this orange hat" said the man, giving me another orange hat. He took me to his camp.
"My name's Tharnex. You're not lost, are you?" asked Tharnex.
“Yeah, I am a bit lost. I’m Goldie. Wyatt H. GoldenHub”
“Really? I’ve heard myths about you. You probably know Golderia’s time maintainer was broken, right?”
“No, not really”
“When it broke, time in Golderia slowed down, meaning time everywhere but Golderia went faster. I thought you would’ve known that”
“No, I got out a different way”
“Well, have you made armor before?”
“I think I have, yeah”
“Well, how about you make sure you know you have” said Tharnex. He gave me diamonds and a bit of netherite. I crafted tools and armor using Tharnex’s crafting table. I used his smithing table to coat the diamond armor in netherite. I made sure it was hard to penetrate. I put on my armor, and showed Tharnex. He fired an arrow at me at full power, and the arrow just bounced off of the armor. He gave a thumbs up.
I went on a journey to find a home, but I bumped into someone with a journal and pencil. Her hair was purple, as well as her horns. Her eyes were purple as well. She wore a purple shirt, black leather jacket, and a blue skirt.
"Oops, sorry. I'm Jennifer Chorusrout. You?" said Jennifer.
"Goldie. Wyatt H. GoldenHub" I said. She shook my hand.
“I’ve read so much about you! Wanna live in the castle I’m building?” asked Jennifer.
“Trying to find somewhere to live, so turning back would be counterproductive”
“Makes sense. I’ll be mining some stone for us to build with”
“Sounds good to me” I said. She had a lot of stone bricks. I looked at the design, and helped her build it. She mined while I placed bricks. It took a long time, but we did it. All we needed to do was the interior. I made all the flooring, and she did all the walls. There were no doors, but some sort of energy sparked out of her hands. She had a cool superpower. However, I suddenly grew a bit taller.
“Wait, your transformation’s complete!” said Jennifer.
“What?”
“You’re an Enderian now! Your mom’s tea really did work” said Jennifer. I looked in the mirror. To my right, my hair was the same. But the eye to my right was a light purple. I had grown horns that matched my purple and gold eyes. The purple horn was made of amethyst, while the gold was made of gold. To my left where the gold horn was, my hair was purple. However, my clothes now matched my size. I still had that blue suit, and tan tweed jacket.
We saw 2 doors appear in the hallway. One had my face on it with gold, amethyst, and enderite. The other door had Jennifer’s face on it, but with her telekinetic energy on it. I went upstairs, and in front of my door, I saw a little girl with a wooden flute. She had a dull blue dress, and a green knitted cloak. She had a hat that was green as well. Her hair was brunette too.
I looked at Jennifer, and when I looked at my door, the girl was gone. But I went into the room, pretending I never saw that girl. Purple walls, purple wood floor, and a bit of golden decoration. There's even a wall made of amethyst. My bed was big. The whole structure matched the room. My pillows and blanket were purple, with a gold brim. There was a purple carpet with a golden brim as well.
I decided to wander around outside when I saw an old Victorian mansion. I went over to it. I knocked on the door, and the person who opened it was my dad. Only he wasn’t how I remembered him. His transformation to an Enderian was complete too. His hair was blue, and his horns and eyes were gold. He wore a blue suit.
“Goldie! Oh god, your mother would be very happy” said Dad before he brought me to the drawing room. I found Crystal there. She was happy to see me.
“Goldie, it’s so good to see you again!” Said Crystal. She hugged me. I knew she loved me back when we were together, so the right thing to do was to get married.
Earlier that night, we had our wedding at the great house.
“Crystal, do you take Goldie as your husband?” asked the priest.
“I do,” said Crystal.
“Goldie, do you take Crystal as your wife?” asked the priest.
“I do,” I said.
“I now present you both as husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride” said the priest. Me and Crystal kissed. When the wedding was done, we went to the castle. Crystal stopped. “Goldie, I think I may be pregnant already,” said Crystal.
Ambroland, Maine, September 4, 1974
8 years had passed, and our kids were named Willy, and Lily. Lily had pink hair. Her left eye was purple, and her right eye was pink. Her horns matched her eyes. She was even wearing a white dress. We gave Lily a room, but Willy was gone.
“Willy?” I called. I looked outside, and saw him go out into the woods.
“WILLY!” I called. I spent lots of time looking for him. When I stopped to take a breath, a hand grabbed my arm, and pulled me. “Goldie, you ought to be more careful. Where’s your cap?” said Tharnex.
“I’m looking for my son. Brunette hair, brown eyes, brown sweater, and black pants”
“It’s okay. I’ll go look for him”
“Thank you. You’re a lifesaver” I told him. I went to the great house. When I came in, I heard a faint, unfamiliar voice.
“I remember this place surprisingly well,” said a man.
“Remember it? But you’ve never been here” said Mom. I heard footsteps going along.
“I felt as if I actually were here when I was little, while hearing stories of Ambroland, passed on through generation to generation, so don’t be surprised if I know about the estate. Like the old house near the woods. I wouldn’t be an Ambrosia if I didn’t know about my ancestry. And I wouldn’t be an Ambrosia if I didn’t know my own blood” said the man. I knocked on the door, and mom answered. She had purple hair, purple eyes, purple horns, as well as a red dress.
“Goldie. Please come in. Cousin Cassius, I’d like you to meet my son Goldie” said Mom. I slowly went over to Cassius. His skin was pale, and there was a bit of black shading around his eyes. His hair was black, and he wore a maroon suit.
“It’s nice to meet you, Goldie,” said Cassius. Willy came in with a scarf on.
“Why do you have the scarf on? It’s not even cold out” I asked Willy. Willy stared at me in a confused way.
“I just have it because Cassius got it for me and he wanted me to wear it. He says it looks good on me, and I agree” said Willy, and he left. He was acting so strangely.
“There’s something strange about him, cousin Cassius. Do you know anything?“
“I don’t know very much of him other than we’re friends of course” said Cassius. I opened my mouth to say that it was my son I was concerned about.
We talked for hours and I was convinced that he wasn’t from England since he didn’t have an English accent. He went out of the house, claiming that he needed to run errands in Bangor.
“Mom, did you notice his ring and accent?” I asked. Mom shook her head. Willy must have been Cassius’s servant somehow. I never knew how.
I went to the Ambrosport mausoleum and listened. “Cassius, my dad seems to suspect you. We just need to know how” said Willy. Cassius took a moment to think. “I hope he doesn’t know that I’m a vampire, under that dreadful curse” said Cassius. So there is no original Cassius. He is a vampire. But I felt bad for him. I went back to the great house.
“Goldie, I’m giving you the old house,” Dad said.
“But I already have a place to live,” I told him. Dad sighed.
“Well, your mother told me about Cassius. It would’ve been nice if Cassius was gonna stay here. But you can fix it up if you want, and give Cassius the place” said Dad. That was the perfect place for Cassius to stay, to keep his coffin in.
“Alright, I’ll do that,” I told him.
I waited until the next night. I went to the mausoleum. I moved Willy out of the way of the door when he opened it.
“Dad, I was gonna go there,” said Willy. I quickly went inside. I went into the secret room, and opened the coffin.
“Hi, Cassius,” I said.
“What are you doing here?” demanded Cassius. The look on his face seemed like he was determined to bite me.
“Just want you to know that I want to keep your secret, and the old house was given to me, so I’m giving it to you” I said. Cassius got up from his coffin, and closed it.
“If you’re willing to keep my curse a secret, you will be spared” said Cassius.
“Guess I’ll still be living then” I told him. We went to the old house, me with his coffin. I put it in the cellar with Cassius knowing where it was going. He was pleased with me.
“I will need Willy for a ceremony we both missed, and we can do it again. You can come with us if you want” I said.
“What was it for?”
“Well, my family is now gifted with special powers. Willy hasn’t gotten his yet, so if it’s not too late, we should be able to go through with this”
“Sounds interesting. This could also be a chance for us to get to know each other” said Cassius.
When we arrived at the castle, the ceremony began. Willy’s room, still up for preparation, was in front of him. He grabbed the doorknob, and the door stopped glowing, and cracked. All of the cracks fell. I was frightened by that, and Jennifer got a headache. I sent her to her room. Me and Cassius went to the old house.
“Cassius, you know how when a vampire kites someone without killing them, they take their victim’s will and form a psychic bond with them?” I asked.
“Yes, why?”
“I think that connection wasn’t acceptable to be bonded with the spirit of the castle” I told Cassius. A tear almost came out of his vampire eye.
“It would have been nice if he was empowered like you are,” said Cassius. I felt bad for Cassius. Willy came in.
“D-dad, mind if I live here? With Cassius?” asked Willy.
“Yeah, you can. He may need you anyway” I told him. Willy hadn’t been good at listening to me all the time, but he did his best.
Ambroland, Maine, October 10, 1980
Years had passed when Willy became a young adult. Cassius was still around as well as that little girl. She never spoke to me, all she ever did around me was appear for short amounts of time. I went to the mausoleum, just to find an open grave. It belonged to Lamar Ambrosia. Lamar had died in a duel, but with who? I wish I had a time device to at least see.
I went to the great house.
“Ah, Goldie. Please, sit down” said Dad. As everyone sat down in the drawing room, Cassius stood up.
“I was thinking we could have a costume party at my place,” said Cassius. We all exchanged looks.
“Well, I don’t see any harm in it,” I said.
“I suppose. Let’s do it” said Dad. We soon went to the old house.
“I’ve given everyone the clothes of my family from seventeen-sixty-five” said Cassius.
“Anyone specific?”
“Only the ones whom they resemble”
“Did I sorta have a past life then?”
“No, nobody resembled you. I do have another set of clothes you can wear” said Cassius. It seemed like Cassius was willing to give me one of his outfits so I could join.
Soon, everyone but Jennifer and Tharnex arrived. Dad came as Liam Ambrosia, Mom came as Miranda Ambrosia, and Lily came as Rose Ambrosia. Cassius was dressed as himself, and you could say I was dressed up as him too.
Soon, Jennifer finally came.
“Jennifer, you look just like Cassandra,” said Cassius.
“Is that a compliment?”
“Yes, it is. You look just as beautiful as the portrait”
“Well, thank you! Said Jennifer. She went into the drawing room where the others were. Soon, Tharnex came, and got a death stare from Cassius.
“What’s wrong?” Asked Tharnex. Has Cassius forgotten everything? Did he think he was still in seventeen-sixty-five?
“Nothing, please come in,” said Cassius. We went to the drawing room. I got drinks for everyone, and it started to get cold.
“Well, this place does tend to get a little cold at times,” said Cassius.
“I think we should hold a seance,” said Dad. A seance? What gave him the idea of a seance? We all agreed.
“All hands must touch, forming a circle, and focus on the person we’re contacting. Clear your minds off of everything else,” said Dad. We made a communication circle, and I did my best to focus on any spirit that was here.
“Who’s in this room? Liam? Miranda? Lamar? Rose?” Asked dad. But finally he whispered “Cassandra?” There could be others that could be in here.
“Who’s in this room? Whoever you are, we’re waiting” said dad. There was nothing but wind.
“Uhh, I feel like we must stop,” I told everyone. But then, in no time at all, the candle went out. Jennifer made a sound with her eyes closed.
“No, Goldie. Jennifer‘s in a trance right now, we can’t stop” said dad. We all looked at Jennifer.
“He’s coming,” she kept saying. Was it a flashback of some sort? Soon, she fainted. We all got up. I carried Jennifer upstairs.
Why did we do that seance? Why did Jennifer faint? I thought. I went back downstairs, and only Lily and Cassius were there. Lily looked like she was taking a rest, and I was hoping she wasn’t Cassius’s victim. I went over. I saw no marks on her neck.
“She’s just taking a rest,” said Cassius. Jennifer came downstairs.
“I saw a little girl up there when I woke up. I went to give her a doll, but suddenly she was gone” said Jennifer. I was shocked. It must have been that girl I saw back at the castle. Lily woke up, afraid. Did she have a specific nightmare? They had left
“Jennifer,” said Cassius. I didn’t know if he was planning anything. He went upstairs, and I followed. He went to a room that had a portrait. The face looked like Jennifer‘s.
“Jennifer’s face looks like Cassandra's,” said Cassius. Cassandra must have been his bride.
“I have some things I must attend to,” I told him. And I went to the castle. There was someone new. She was a Netherian. Her hair was red, and her horns were red. She had a blue shirt, red jacket, red bandana with white polka dots. Her boots were red, and her skirt was black.
A Netherian?? That can’t be good. But, she looks nice. But Netherians are never afraid to reveal all of their secrets. And I have powers, I thought. I went over to her.
“Are you on the good side?” I asked. She nodded, looking shy. Of course! Shy Netherians can never be part of the traditional Netherian society!
“Do you trust me?” Asked the girl. I nodded. A shy Netherian is rare.
“I’m Wanessa Scarlett. My brother always bullied me for being shorter than him, younger than him, and shy” said the girl. I was different from my brother and I never got bullied. But maybe it was because I was the heir.
“I’m Goldie. Wyatt H. GoldenHub. This is my castle” I said. The front door opened.
“Are you Wyatt H. GoldenHub?” Asked a boy. His hair was brown, and he wore a yellow sweater.
“Yeah, I am. How did you know?”
“I’m Jordan GoldenHub” Said the boy. I went over to the Great House. I knocked on the door of the great house. No answer came. Lily came, and was about to knock. When her hand was 1 inch away from the door, I grabbed her hand.
"Nobody answered for me," I told her. She touched the ground, and a trail of flowers went inside. I heard footsteps coming. A woman opened the door. She had dark red horns as well as dark red streaks of hair on her head. That meant she had to be a Netherian Phoenix.
"You must be Wyatt H. GoldenHub, aren't you? Pardon me, I'm Laura GoldenHub" said the woman. I slowly walked in. We went into the drawing room with Laura. Dad saw us.
"Goldie, please come in," Dad said. I went in. I took a seat at a distance from the fire.
"Yes, with the perfect fire, and me knowing there's another boy in the GoldenHub branch of the Ambrosia family" I told Dad. He was shocked beyond his wildest dreams.
"Yes, Jordan went to the castle, and he admitted he was a GoldenHub. I want you to explain that to me" I told him. Dad got up and took a drink.
“Your mother hasn’t been doing so well while she was married to me, so I let her be my sister.” Said Dad. I looked back at Laura, then back to Dad.
“Laura’s your new wife, right?” I asked. Dad nodded.
“I think you did the right thing,” I told him. Jordan came.
“Goldie, don’t let this affect you too much” said Dad.
“I won’t. I should go home now” I told him. After I left, I went to the castle to find Jennifer. She wasn’t anywhere to be found. I went to the old house to find her. Cassius was there.
“Cassius, do you know where Jennifer is?” I asked.
“No, I don’t know. Why do you ask?”
“Just worried about her, that’s all” I explained before going to Cassandra’s room. But Jennifer wasn’t there. I went back to the castle, and I went into Jennifer’s room. There was a glass ball.
“Show me where Jennifer Chorusrout is. I must know” I said. The glass ball started to fill with purple particles. Then, I heard crying. Willy was there.
“Cassandra, you can’t go on like this,” said Willy. Jennifer was still in Cassandra’s dress. She slapped him. Willy got up, and opened the door. Jennefer tried to get out, but Willy closed the door in just enough time for her to be stuck in. Willy walked away.
“LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT!” screamed Jennifer. The vision went away. I went to the old house again. Cassius and Willy were both in the drawing room.
“Cassius, Jennifer has a glass ball in her room that can show her anything, and I used it to find her. She’s here, Cassius” It was almost dawn, and Cassius knew it. I left the house. But little did they know, I peered through the window. Cassius went downstairs where his coffin was, and Willy was going to sleep. I slowly opened the door, but it sorta creaked. Willy was still asleep. I went downstairs to find that Cassius’s coffin was closed. I went into the cell.
“Jennifer, we gotta be quiet” I whispered. Jennifer was in the dress she was in when I saw her in the magic ball.
“How did you know I was here? Were you working with Cassius?” she asked. I picked up a silver stake.
“Sorta, I had to use your glass ball since I was so worried about you. I think I know what he wants,” I told her. She sighed in relief.
“When I used the ball, you were in that same dress. You slapped Willy after calling you Cassandra. Does Cassius want you to be this Cassandra?” I asked. She nodded. I put down the stake.
“Well, I gotta go, I don't wanna raise Cassius’s suspicion on me by letting you out. I’m so sorry about this,” I told her. She smiled. I had to leave. Once Jennifer would have been let out, she would have told about Cassius’s curse.
Ambroland, Maine, October 11, 1980
I went back to the castle. Crystal was making breakfast inside.
“Sorry, just a bit of nighttime errands” I told her.
“It’s okay. Just try to leave a note next time” said Crystal. I sat down at the dining room table with Wanessa and Lily. The kitchen and dining room were the same exact room. There was a closet in here as well, but we never used it unfortunately. Crystal did go out to the store to buy stuff to make her meals. She soon served breakfast, and it was a gourmet 6/5 star meal by the looks of it.
“Do you always cook like this?” I asked.
“Yeah, usually. We’ve always been having food from your dad’s, so I wanted to turn things around” said Crystal. We soon got to eating. I could not even stress enough on how good Crystal's cooking was.
After breakfast, I decided to go out for a bit. I found a nature trail I haven’t been to yet. I decided to go there. It led to a lake. I ran back home to grab swim trunks and towels. I went back down afterwards. I went behind a massive bush, and changed into my swim trunks. I then walked into the lake. I liked the feel of the water.
After a little while, I dried off, and put my suit back on. I hiked back up, and made myself a sandwich for lunch. After I ate my sandwich, I went into the living room. Crystal and Lily were just relaxed on the couch. Lily had made Crystal a flower crown.
“Crystal, Lily, I found a lake you might like,” I announced.
“Sounds like a great idea to go! I’ll get some towels and bathing suits. Lily, you go wait outside for me and your father” said Crystal.
“Alright, Mom,” said Lily. She went outside. After Crystal had gotten everything, I showed both of them to the lake. The three of us as well as Wanessa were the only castle residents right now. Willy is living with Cassius, and Jennifer is locked up. Wanessa would burn in the water anyways. We all took turns getting changed behind the large bush before going in the water.
After a while, it was getting dark. Crystal and Lily went back to the castle. I went with them. Soon, Crystal baked a whole batch of cookies. I took some before I left.
I walked to the old house as the wind howled. Before I stepped foot on the porch, Cassius came out the door.
“Goldie, I'm surprised to see you here,” said Cassius. Willy was coming out.
“You know, my first time in Ambroland, I went to a house when it became dark, for safety, and a place to sleep. Every time I come here, I get the feeling that this is the house I slept in,” I told him. Willy was closing the door, not letting me see past the door. The curtains were covering the windows inside.
“What’s in there?” I asked. While I knew what he was hiding, I didn't want to give away my knowledge to someone as dangerous as him knowing I could be killed.
“Me and Willy were planning a surprise for you. If you saw it, it wouldn’t be a surprise, would it?” said Cassius. I knew deep down that he had no surprise for me, and he’s hiding Jennifer.
“That’s very thoughtful of you guys” I said.
“After you gave me this house, I figured I’d make something for you” said Cassius before he left. Willy was still standing there. I followed the trail to the castle just to hide and see what Willy would do. He followed the trail Cassius took without seeing me. I went into the old house. I looked all over the place just to make sure what Cassius said was true.
Upstairs and down, there was nothing for me. I went to the cellar with the cookies I had with me. When I got to Jennifer, I showed her the cookies.
“Goldie, I had told Willy that I would never eat until I’m set free,” said Jennifer. I still gave her the cookies.
“Jennifer, I will find a way to let you out,” I said. Jennifer smiled. I walked up the stairs. As I was halfway up, the door opened. I hid.
“Willy, could you check on Cassandra?” I overheard Cassius say. I heard footsteps coming my way. I tapped everywhere I could without moving my feet to see if there was a secret passage, and luckily there was one. I went inside. I followed it, and it led me to the outdoors. I went back and listened.
“Who gave you these cookies?” asked Willy. Jennifer never answered him. I carefully looked his way. If Jennifer looked at me, I would be revealed. Willy took one of the cookies and left. I went up the secret passageway. I looked through the window.
“Cassius, someone brought cookies to Cassandra. And I found this amethyst shard” said Willy. Cassius had examined it. I walked away. The sky was getting brighter. Jennifer’s room was starting to deteriorate when I got there
Ambroland, Maine, October 12, 1980
“Little girl, the one I keep seeing, you must appear to me. I need your help!” I called out. She finally appeared to me a few seconds later.
“You gotta get Jennifer Chorusrout out of the old house” I told her. She nodded.
“I suspect she’s in danger then. I’ll go find her, it may take me a while, but I’ll do it” she told me. I was happy that she was gonna be free. It was almost dawn. I went to my room, and wondered.
Where could the girl be at this present moment? I will need to keep checking each night. It will be risky, but I must do it. Hopefully she will be safe, I thought. Crystal came in.
“Goldie, I was looking for you, but I never found you. Is something wrong?” she asked. I didn’t want to make her upset, or ask me questions about where Jennifer was.
“We need to get Jennifer back. If this room is destroyed the whole castle will be destroyed as well” I said.
“Well, we don’t want that happening”
“Agreed”
“I could go looking for her”
“Sounds like a plan” I told her. She soon went out. A couple of hours later, I heard a knock on the door. I went there, and I found no one there. I did find a letter on the floor. I opened it up, and read it.
Dear Wyatt H. GoldenHub,
We’ve found Jennifer Chorusrout outside, alone. She was in an old dress from the 1760’s, and she was in sort of a state of shock. We went around seeing if anyone knew Jennifer, and it seemed everyone in this estate knew her. We wanted to let you know that she is okay, but she must’ve been attacked by an animal, and sorta like a bite mark remains on her neck. We don’t know what happened to her, but we just wanted to let you know. You are allowed to see her, but you’ll have to confirm your identity.
Sincerely
Ambrosport Hospital
I was relieved she was okay. By the time dawn approached, I looked all over for Crystal. She was nowhere in sight. What if she went to the old house and Cassius caught her in the cellar? I found Willy.
“You need to control Mom, she was in the cellar where Cassius’s private books were,” said Willy. And I knew he was lying.
“If he had private books, they would be either upstairs or in the secret passageway behind the bookshelf. I just got news of Jennifer being in the hospital with animal marks on her neck. That means you and Cassius held her captive” I told him. And then I walked away. I got to the hospital to go see Jennifer.
“I’m here to see Jennifer Chorusrout” I told the man at the counter
“What’s your name, sir?”
“Goldie. Wyatt H. GoldenHub”
“I’m sorry Mr. GoldenHub, but Jennifer isn’t available at this time” said the man at the counter. Then, a red-headed lady came. She wore a blue sweater, and a pendant
“You’re looking for Jennifer?” she asked.
“Yeah, I am”
“She is now available for visits,” said the woman. I felt relieved to hear that.
“Well, Mr. Goldenhub, you may see Jennifer. Dr. Victoria Stokes will take you to her” said the man.
“Thank you” I told him before Dr. Stokes took me to Jennifer.
“Mr. GoldenHub, I would advise you to approach her with caution, I suspect something supernatural about her…” said Vickie.
“I’m sure it’ll be alright” I assured her before going in.
“Jennifer, it’s me, Goldie” But it was like I wasn’t even in the room. I checked my pockets, and found Jennifer’s glass ball. I showed it to her. She blankly took it, but she only moved her arm, nothing else.
“Well, I have other stuff to do. What a shame she never spoke to us. Just let me know when she gets better” I told her.
“Alright, I will. Have a good day, Mr. GoldenHub”
“You too,” I said. After I signed out and left, I went to the castle where Jennifer’s room was. Her room had cracks all over the place, and right when I opened her door, the small area cracked.
“Interesting...” I said. I closed the door, and the cracks expanded slowly. I went to my room, and Crystal was there.
“Goldie, we need to get Jennifer back again” said Crystal. I heard footsteps coming. It wasn’t just one person coming, but it was 2 people.
“I just don’t see why you wanna be here to discuss this” said my mom’s voice. She must have been talking to my father. I opened the door, and found a complete stranger with her. I have never seen him before in my life. He had blue hair, and a blue suit. He also looked Asian.
“My name is Nicholas Oceanbreeze. I’m assuming you’re her son” said the stranger. It would make sense that he was an Oceanbreeze because all of the Oceanbreeze’s have those oceanic shine to their eyes.
“Not only am I her son, but I'm the master of this castle. I have enough problems already so could you please leave before me and Crystal escort you out” I told him. Mom was gonna leave, but Nicholas stayed. I used my powers to grow extremely sharp amethyst on my hand.
“Oooooh, a very interesting magic trick,” said Nicholas. I slowly drew my hand over to him, and his head was backing away. He stepped back before turning around.
“Okay, I will go, but I won't leave this estate,” said Nicholas. The amethyst on my hand turned into balls before falling off my hand.
“You will have to deal with my dad since he owns the estate,” I told him. I shut the door. I went to my bed and sat there.
“Where did you find Jennifer? I asked Crystal.
“In the old house,” said Crystal. Plus I already knew that.
“I knew it. Right after the seance, I suspected Cassius wanted to know what the spirit was gonna say, so he must have taken her for that reason” I pointed out to her protectively A knock on the front door sounded. Me and Crystal went there. We opened the door to find Cassius standing there. My heart was pounding but I managed to make myself look like it wasn’t.
“Good evening, Goldie. I was just looking for you” said Cassius. He couldn’t have just been looking for me for no reason, he must either know that I found out or that I told Crystal about Jennifer’s disappearance.
“Cassius, I was looking for Jennifer so her room could be restored, and I went downstairs where Willy lied to me and said your private collection was there. Were you looking for answers to what the spirit said? Why was there a coffin there? And why did my own son lie to me about your collection?” asked Crystal.
“Yes, I was looking for answers because what went out of her mouth made no sense, and I have moved my private collection to my room. And I have the coffin so if I pass away in the estate, I rest in peace in this house” said Cassius. I looked at the grandfather clock, and it was 9:19.
“Crystal, I think you may need to go to the baking competition,” I told her. She looked at the clock.
“Oh, god. Sorry, Cassius, I signed up to compete in a contest today. I should go there” said Crystal. And she left.
“Goldie, did you reveal anything?” asked Cassius.
“Well, Jennifer was missing, and I have no idea if you held her hostage or not, but her room was deteriorating due to her disappearance, so I let Crystal know” I told him. Cassius looked down a bit.
“Alright, I might as well be truthful for once to you since you now own the old house. Yes, I held Jennifer because she looks just like my Cassandra, and I desperately wanted her back. I was so blinded by the past, and I am truly sorry about that, Goldie” said Cassius. A car was coming. I looked to see who it was, and it was Dad. He had someone with him. A young Enderian woman to be more specific. Her hair was purple, and her eyes and horns were purple too. She wore jeans, a red jacket, and a purple shirt.
“Goldie, Jordan’s new governess wants to meet you. This is Cassie Winters. Cassie, this is Goldie, my older son” said Dad. Cassie got out of the car and walked to me.
“Goldie, it’s nice to meet you,” said Cassie.
“It’s nice to meet you too. Aren’t you gonna be taking good care of my younger brother?” I asked her.
“Yes, I am. We’ve pretty much already warmed up to each other”
“That’s nice to hear.” I told her. Cassius tapped my shoulder.
“Goldie, I should head back to the old house, I’m gonna clean the place up a bit more,” said Cassius.
“I should probably be going too, Jordan and Laura are probably wondering where I am,” said Cassie. She went in the car, and Dad drove her home. I had a copy of the Ambrosia Family History in the living room that was published in nineteen-fifty-three. I went to the area listed as “1765” and decided to know everyone in the family that Cassius knew.
Up first I saw the information for Liam Ambrosia, who was master of the estate, and had trust issues. Up next I found Miranda Ambrosia who was mistress and died of natural causes. Cassius’s information had to be a lie because it said he went to England, which wasn’t true. After him going to England in the book, nothing else for him.
Sarah Ambrosia died on her 12th birthday of fright. What caused her to die that way? What frightened her that much? There was also Rose Ambrosia as well as Desmond Ambrosia. Rose had an obsession with roses, and Desmond always wanted her to try wearing dandelions. Mariam Ambrosia was the most Christian of the family.
Lamar was Cassius’s uncle, but they grew up as brothers. But there were others who weren’t in the family. Bennett Strange and Enderitha Collins were servants, Bennett for the Ambrosia’s, and Enderitha for the EnDres’s. Melonie Stiles was the governess. Cassandra EnDres was Lamar’s wife. Elizabeth and Edward EnDres were Cassandra's aunt and uncle.
Ambroland, Maine, October 13, 1980
By the time I closed the book, it was almost dawn. Normally, people are diurnal, meaning active in the day, but I’m both diurnal and nocturnal due to my association with Cassius. But some may find out about his secret, maybe Crystal. I just hope he won’t be destroyed. But to my surprise, Dr. Stokes came into the castle.
“Well, you’re up early,” she said. I put the book down.
“Yeah, it’s normal for me. That’s why I take time to rest at times,” I said. Jennifer came, as well as 2 familiar faces. It was Gary and Grayson. I went to hug Gary, and then Grayson.
“It’s so good to see you both. How have you been doing since the destruction of Golderia?” I said. Gary looked sad.
“We couldn’t save Marshmallow, at all. We looked all over the place even on top of the mountains. By the time we found him, it was too late. He was killed by those cyborgs, and every single person with those technological arms kept bursting with rays before replacing themselves with a new person” said Grayson.
“Those weren’t different people coming. They were regenerating, when a Cyberlord is dying, the body repairs itself and changes” I told him A tear almost came out of my eye.
“Is it okay if we move in though?” asked Gary.
“Yeah, you can. You can relax in my room for now” I told them.
“Okay, thanks!” said Grayson as both him and Gary went upstairs. For a few minutes, I just sat there in unbearable chronic torture. Then, I saw a wooden storage box materialize in front of me. It looked exactly like the time machine I had as Goldie Hartnell. When it was done, the door opened. The man who opened the door looked exactly like me, but with longer hair, a black suit with a gold tie, light purple dress shirt, and a purple trench coat.
“Goldie, I need to bring you in here. Time is gonna be suspended tomorrow night. Listen, I need to bring you to a pocket universe outside of time where I found this. I gotta bring you there. Over time, you’ll find out why I’m telling you all of this” said the man. I went in without question. This time machine was bigger on the inside, and it had a purple and gold interior. Both me, and possibly future me, operated the console. We soon landed in the pocket universe future me was talking about.
“Go on. You’ll have to make clothing for nineteen-eighty, and more clothing for seventeen-sixty-five” said future me before giving me 2 papers with outfits. I soon leaved the time machine, and then it left. I found a cleaner version of the same time machine. I found some very high quality cloth and fabric for me to use. I’ve never made clothing before, but this was gonna be practice.
Pocket Universe
I’ve spent years making these outfits and making sure they fit me. I’ve even had to scrap out some drafts because they had a tiny flaw. But it worked out pretty well. My hair grew long over time, and I actually liked my hair. I was warned time was gonna be suspended. But I needed to let past me know, otherwise I’d probably be creating a time paradox. I went in my time machine with the new outfits, and put on the outfit I saw myself in. After that, I went to Ambroland, Maine, October thirteenth, nineteen-eighty. I then opened the door when the time machine landed
“Goldie, I need to bring you in here. Time is gonna be suspended tomorrow night. Listen, I need to bring you to a pocket universe outside of time where I found this. I gotta bring you there. Over time, you’ll find out why I’m telling you all of this” I told past me. He went in without question. Both me, and past me, operated the console. We soon landed in the pocket universe where I made these clothes.
“Go on. You’ll have to make clothing for nineteen-eighty, and more clothing for seventeen-sixty-five” I said before handing past me the papers I received. He soon left the time machine, and I took off. As I was in the time vortex, I changed into my clothes for seventeen-sixty-five. I then took off my trench coat, and put on the purple cloak I made for seventeen-sixty five. That’s all I had to do to get changed. I hid my hair, and pulled up my hood, which covered the rest of my hair, and my horns. I looked mysterious, but it’s what I had to do.
Ambroland, Maine, October 14, 1980
I was making my way back to nineteen-eighty after my stay in seventeen-sixty-five. Some stuff I’ve learned, Cassius was a writer, Enderitha Collins was the witch who cursed Cassius, and Bennett Strange along with Liam Ambrosia kept Cassius’s curse a secret. They were the ones who chained Cassius’s coffin, so he could rest in peace.
I put the seance which brought Cassie to the year seventeen-sixty-five on the screen on the console. I saw everyone there, including Melonie Stiles. “What are you doing here?” asked Cassius. Melonie stared at Cassius, and soon, she was replaced by a screaming Cassie. I ran out of the time device, spread my wings and tail that I gained in seventeen-sixty-five, and flew to the great house. Flying was so fun for me. The wind was rushing through me. Soon, I got to the great house, and put my wings and tail back inside me. When I got inside, I went into the drawing room.
“Is Cassie alright?” I asked.
“Goldie, you missed it. A woman from seventeen-sixty-five was here” said Dad. However, I already knew that.
“That’s impossible. A seance can’t just bring someone from the past into the present” I said.
“Well, apparently it did,” said Gary.
“Something, or someone has to be responsible for this. I’m gonna go back home now,” I said. However, me and Cassius went to the old house.
“Look, you probably shouldn’t have gone to Enderitha to try to kill her, that’s what made Enderitha turn you into a vampire in the first place. If you didn’t go to Enderitha, you could have had kids” I told Cassius. Cassius paused for a moment.
“You have wings and a tail, right?” asked Cassius.
“Yeah, I do. And in that pocket time I mentioned back in 1765, in the time machine, I made these clothes myself, as well as that cloak”
“Did you? You should find a job to make clothes”
“No, I don’t think I do. I’m pretty much happy right now”
“Well, it was only a suggestion,” said Cassius. I remembered Crystal wanting to invite some people over to the castle.
“Hey, wanna come over? Crystal’s making pizza, cake, and brownies tonight” I asked.
“No thanks. I’ll come over if I have to though,”
“Okay. Well, I’m open if you wanna come over. I’m going over now so I’m not late to dinner”
“Alright. I’ll be here as well” said Cassius. I went back home after that. Crystal was making her own pizza, cake, and brownies. When we had dinner, Willy was away like usual. He was most likely with Cassius. But Cassius came in.
“Goldie, I can’t find Willy,” said Cassius. I got up, picked up my plate, and me and Cassius searched for Willy while I was eating my pizza. We found a glow that was the lightest color of blue I've ever seen, almost like a white color. I went over, and I saw someone. He looked like Willy.
“Willy!!” I screamed as I ran over. All the light had gone into him, and he fainted. My pizza was not yet finished.
“Cassius, can you grab him and teleport yourselves to the old house?” I asked. He grabbed Willy, and both of them teleported. I finished my pizza, and flew to the castle with the plate. I put it in the sink, and went to the old house. Flying is fun, but not when someone you love is in potential danger. I landed on my feet, and I put my wings and tail back inside me. I went inside, and Willy was awake.
“Willy, thank god you’re okay. What exactly did you see?” I asked. Willy took a moment to gather his words.
“There was this white gem that was glowing. I went to see what it was, and these white, glowing tentacles came out and- I think I absorbed them. I think I finally got powers” said Willy. Cassius looked relieved to hear that.
“Willy, see about letting your mother watch over you. Me and Cassius are gonna go to the great house” I told him. He nodded.
“Alright” he said before taking a deep breath. “Alright. Don’t get into too much trouble” said Willy. After that, we went to the great house. We went into a drawing room, and someone new was in with a portrait of Enderitha.
“You must be Goldie and Cassius. I’m Timothy Strange. I’m a professor and a descendant of Bennett Strange” said the man. Cassie was there, and she looked troubled.
“Cassius, I keep thinking about when I was in seventeen-sixty-five. I know you’re very kind, but the original Cassius was also very kind as well. And Gabriel Zachary reminded me a lot of you, Goldie. But he would never show me where his arm was cut off,” said Cassie. I was worried if she was gonna find out about Cassius or not.
“Maybe he just didn’t want you to get disgusted,” I told her.
“Maybe,” Cassie agreed.
Ambroland, Maine, October 15, 1980
The next night, Cassius and Timothy spent time chatting while I went back to the castle. When I went to the castle, I saw Cassie, Jordan, and Laura, all downstairs. Why did Laura have to be here?? Wanessa was upset, and sitting in the corner upstairs. I came to see what upset her.
"Goldie, when Laura came in, I had a vision. She was inside the fire, with Jordan. They disappeared in the fire, and the whole estate set on fire. She's dangerous, you gotta stop her. I know you can do it" said Wanessa. Crystal and Lily came, and the 3 of us sat down and hugged Wanessa. Lily created a flower crown for Wanessa. It was made of every red flower in existence.
"Goldie, you were able to stop aliens across time, as well as robots, and anything supernatural. You have to be able to stop Laura. I'll fight alongside you, as well as make sure the castle stays clean" said Crystal.
“Crystal, that’s a lot for you”
“Goldie, I don’t think you can do this alone”
“Listen, I got this. Before I met you, I’ve stopped a lot of conflicts once. I can assure you, I can take care of this alone” I reassured her. She hugged me. I smiled as I let go after a minute, and left. I went to the old house. Willy was practicing using his powers. Tentacles made out of that light came out, and he was making them slice rocks and trees. As the tentacles came out of him, it was like he was losing his life force, but as they went back inside him, it was like he was getting it back.
Later that night, I invited everyone to the lake, including Laura "Everyone, go in the water and have fun!" I told everyone. Wanessa was pretty scared.
"Don't worry, you don't have to go in. Water does kill Netherians and Phoenixes. That's what I'm gonna use against Laura since we both know she's a Netherian Phoenix" I told her. She felt safer though, considering Laura was death-staring her. Dad went over to her as I was as well.
"Laura, the party's for everyone to enjoy. Wanessa's just over there because she's a Netherian, even though she ran away from her people, she's safe here. So if you're not a Netherian, or a Phoenix, I'm sure just one drop of water won't hurt" I told her. She left instantly.
"Goldie, what was that? She's had water spilled on her a lot before she came here!" said Dad.
"DAD!!!" I whispered. "Rethink your marriage! She is a Netherian Phoenix!" Dad looked at Laura, and then back at Jordan. "You said I made the right choice, and I trusted you. Now I don't. Laura got her horns from her Enderian grandmother"
"She's deceived you, Enderians don't even get red hair, or red horns. You are married to a literal Netherian Phoenix"
"Goldie, enough! All you want is for her to go away!!" said Dad. Dad soon walked away. Seconds after that, it was like I had a vision. I had seen Gary walk into my room in the vision, and set a dark book in a cabinet. My eyes opened again. Everyone was having fun in the pool, except for Laura, Dad, and Wanessa. Wanessa was just moving red flowers around with her powers. I went inside the castle, and into my room.
I opened the cabinet Gary had opened, and took the book. I opened it, and the pages were not only old, very old, but they were blank as well. I saw some text appear on the pages that said "Gary's Diary. Only Gary, Wyatt, and anyone both brothers allow may witness what lies inside these enchanted pages." The text soon disappeared.
"This diary must be a portal to all of Gary's stuff that would help" I said to myself. I sat down, took a feather pen, and wrote
"How does this book work?" I set the pen back in the ink cup, and the text had disappeared. The pages were moving very quickly, and I was sucked into the book. I fell, and got back up.
I looked around, and it looked like I was in the corridors of the castle on Golderia. But how could I be back in Golderia? Everything, including fire, was like a black and white filter, but with a bit of a brownish tint. I saw Gary as a child walking around, but he had the same colors as everything else.
I tried speaking to him, but he was completely oblivious to my calls. I looked at myself, and it seemed like I was the only one unaffected by the diary's color changing pages. Gary was going up stairs, and so I followed. I saw dad up there as well, more of a younger version of him, from when I was a child, still with the same color correction as Gary.
"Dad, I've come to speak with you about something," said Gary. He went into the doorway with dad. I followed. We were in a giant hallway. They were going in a room, and before I could join them, the door closed. I tried opening the door, and it was like it was locked, but the handles never even moved, not even one atom shaked. It was like I couldn't even move anything inside the diary.
I looked behind me, and I saw the child version of me, with mom. I remembered this happening, where we were making a really big pouch out of leather. We would put my money in there for me to carry around with me wherever I went. In no time at all, I was glowing a green glow. I was fading away, and soon,
I was out of the book, with Gary coming into my room. He pulled out a chair, and sat
[b=false]"Didn't know you'd find it so soon. I'm impressed. But you may need it in t
