Look no further: just ask Google Translate. Type anything into it and it's sure to come out formal and confuzzled in all it's bilingual glory.
For example :

player1: Do you speak Florinese?
player2 : Why yes! Guirwegh wreiu greiu grie ng irweuo ag weo ijfwa?!
player1 : You just called me a rabid tadpole! O.o
player2 : Oh, is that what that means?

Or, better yet, make the admin use Google translate.

player1 : I no speak English. You speak Florinese?
admin : Uh...
player1 : Ogjrwi irw nfw i weifoa fewioa fngiwe jgireaog!
admin : Pfgjierg gore girwe greoi mfwe o we-oa kf ewrioajg !!
player1 : Huh? O.o

Better yet : Florinese isn't a real language so you can really have fun stumping people here!
