/Scoreboard Guide!!

This guide will contain all the stuff I know about the /scoreboard command so that I can teach you guys stuff.

Teams
This Section is on Teams!
First, you will want to create a Team using /scoreboard teams add . You can make the team name and and name anything you want, but know the is what defines the team, say if you want to delete it, you use the .

Now, say you want a teams Name in the text box to be a certain color, you would do /scoreboard teams option color . If you are not sure what color to pick, you can always do the command and see what colors Minecraft currently has.

And now that you have that out of the way, say you also wish for FriendlyFire not to be something they can do, you would do /scoreboard teams option friendlyfire false or true [Is true by default].

Now that you have everything managed with your Teams, you wish to join a Team, and add your buddy to one too, you would do /scoreboard teams join and for your buddy, scoreboard teams join .

Now you decide you no longer wish to be on said Team, you do /scoreboard teams leave, and for your buddy, /scoreboard teams leave .

Now, you wish to join another one but you have forgotten what teams you have made, /scoreboard teams list will show you all of the current teams.

You made an accidental team, you would do /scoreboard teams remove and it will delete it.

And now you have finished playing the game and want everyone to be off an team, you would do /scoreboard teams empty and it will have no more players on the team.

This Section will Cover the Objectives part of the Scoreboard Command
Objectives
Firstly you will want to make an Objective. Do so like this: /scoreboard objectives add [DisplayName]. Also keep in mind that the type is what you want it to be, like if you want it to be the Number of Deaths or the Number of Player Kills.

Now that you have created a objective, you can now have it displayed using the following command: /scoreboard objectives setdisplay [Objective]. The part is where it will be displayed, Like below the Name or on a sidebar [Note that you have to update the objective[Gain score or lose them] for it to appear.

Now if you forget what the objectives are, you can do /scoreboard objectives list and it will show you a list of the objectives.

If you make an Objective by accident, you can remove it by doing /scoreboard objectives remove .

This next part, will both be the final [As of 1.7.2] and will cover the Player commands of /scoreboard.
Players
This scoreboard is a very fun one, because it is a cheaty one. Say if you need 3000 Player kills to buy a God Sword, and you are too lazy to get it, you can do /scoreboard players set and you can make your player kills 3000.

So bringing back the 3000 kills, it removes all your kills after you buy the Sword. You decide to get the kills legit this time [For the Most part] and get 2000 kills. You can add 1000 kills to yourself by doing /scoreboard players add and you can have the 3000 again and can buy a God Helmet (Making this up as I go).

So you wanna see who all has made any objectives on the scoreboard, you can do /scoreboard players list and it will show anyone who can be tracked on the scoreboards.

So someone is hacking on your server. You want to remove score he got from hacking, you can use /scoreboard players remove .

Hope this helps!
