Hacking is officially a federal crime in america if the guy is in america he is able to be reported to the Justice system, Also calm down. also I highly suggest to not go on public servers as much, get a computer firewall, WHEN GETTING A FIREWALL MAKE SURE IT IS A LEGIT COMPANY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR ELSE IT CAN MAKE YOUR COMP GO POOP. I use to go on Public servers on MC and I got sent a virus from some one and my firewall saved my butt from my comp totally going under. As you getting hacked make sure your Internets WPS is a locked code as a unlocked code you are allowing anyone to access your internet making you more accessible to being hacked. Adding to firewall, Even when a hacker is in your system firewall scans or simply shutting down your comp for 12-24 hrs then right when you turn on you wanna do a scan... well I think most of this is a Before affect and I don't know why I posted this.
