Alright, well since I've never done this before I'm excited since I love halloween, so I thought.. WHY NOT C:
first I'll say about the date of this and go through the rules hopefully I get someone who enters >-<
Ok well, there isn't really a theme, just be creative and impress me ^O^ I'm not completely sure on the date because I don't know if I'd get enough people to enter :s. But If I do I'll come up with a date and update this right away. OKIE
