Hello! For my 40th subscriber special, I decided to create a tutorial on how to shade hair.
Please ignore my crappy cropping skills. I know I messed up.
Step 1. Creating your palette
Pick out 6 colours of your choice.
Step 2. Shading
Now, place a 1x2 colum of the LIGHTEST colour of your palette.
Step 3. ^^Shading more
Place the 2nd lightest colour like this ^^
Step 4. Connecting
See how they're connected?? With one side you shade, do the opposite to the other.
Step 5. Shading...^^
Just fill in one pixel like so^^ Zig-Zaggy like. If you did it right, here's how it's supposed to look.
Step 6. Top shading
Since we're using MCSkin3D on the top, you'll see those little dudes. Click the first one and it'll turn into this
Hide the body by clicking the body parts in the top right corner except the head.
Now that you've done that, get the DARKEST colour and connect it with the other dark parts
And you're done! Do the same for the bottom too.
Hope this helped, I will be adding more later on.

And for the hair base, which skin hair are you talking about?
