Herobrine Mod Trouble!! HELP!!

Ok, so I downloaded the Herobrine mod like a week ago and it worked correctly.. Then when I changed his spawn rate he started spawning on my other worlds where I DID NOT build the Herobrine totem and light it on fire with flint and steel... Then I went on peaceful and he is STILL spawning!! WHY????!!??

Your lucky its just that whenever I try to remove the herobrine mod the game won't load.

but listen anyway herobrine spawns on any difficulty ps heres a secret he makes bases and nether portals and no body knows about this he has a secret dimenshion

For a more realistic answer, If I were you I'd just reinstall the mod. Make sure to break the totem first.

he is spawning becuz he is not a glitch not an npc not a cheat he is an animation gone wrong from jeb and notch he named himself herobrine and got into the game some how
