It was hours since the ship crashed upon the rocks. All I could see was dusty haze, then I noticed my head was stuck in sand. I pushed hard with my arms on the ground and out my head popped out of the sand. I could see I was on a beach. A very unfamiliar one, there was debris from the ship everywhere. Suddenly I hear a voice from behind me. "Are you OK sir" It says. I turn around and see two of my soldiers. "I am OK" I reply "how many survivors?". "Everyone made it out alive sir" One of the soldiers said.

So I gathered the survivors up and split them in two groups: one group would search the shore for any useful cargo that may have been washed ashore and the other group to come with me to locate fresh water to drink. So my group set off inland to find water to drink. The land we saw had no large plants on any kind and most of the earth was bare of any grass what so ever. After trekking for 3 hours we saw smoke on the horizon. "Must be a bushfire" the nearest man to me said. "But there are no trees to burn here" I reply. Then a soldier who was sent ahead to scout the area ran up to me and explained that there was a village a few miles to the east. "That what the smoke was!" someone in the crowd blurted out.

"Let's just pray they are friendly" I exclaimed. We soon neared the village and we saw to men come out to greet us. "Welcome to our village" One of them yelled from on top of a near by hill. I was surprised they spoke my language. I could see he was a man in his late 20's and had a red robe with gold trim, his hair was black as a raven and on top of it was a crown of pure gold.

We arrived in the village and where taken in warmly. All the people were nice to us and that night we talked to their leader who happened to be the man who talked to us when we were close to the village. I explained what had happened to us and how we needed not just water but a place to settle. The village leader thought hard. "You shall have the northern mountains. We do not need them and we do not have the knowledge to build structures there.

So I sent a messenger to get those searching the shore to come to the mountains with all the supplies they could carry. This was where things really kicked off!!!!!!
