Before I can get started, you need to know some things. First off, I live in a small town in Arkansas called Bismarck. Before I lived here, I lived in another small town in Texas called Onalaska. (For any of you that know, it's next to Livingston.) Anyways, my grandmother had recently bought some land in Arkansas from my Aunt and Uncle. Well, she wasn't going to move there yet (She lived in Tomball, Texas. Right next to Houston.) She decided she was going to stay in Texas until she retired.
Where we were currently living was a really bad place. It was a small neighborhood in Onalaska called Cedar Point. We lived in a trailer, with an addon. We had a neighbor called Sherri who was really mean (going to refrain from using bad words) We picked up a lot of stray cats living where we did. My neighbor Sherri would always end up killing them, or making them disappear. On the other side of my yard was a house a house that a cop lived in, but was never home. I guess it was a vacation house, or something. Right across the road from my house, was an old abandoned house. Well, it had been abandoned for a few years. Then, a family of Mexicans (not that I have anything against Mexicans, I actually like them) moved in. Every night, with only a few exceptions they would be up until anywhere from 3 A.M to 5 A.M.
The man who owned the neighborhood was a man named Charles. He was a jerk. He made a pond in one of his many yards. I'm talking really big pond. About 100 feet deep, and 100 feet all around. (Hardly a pond, but not a lake) In order to fill this 'pond' what did he do? Did he get this water legitimately? Nope. He illegally siphoned the water from the nearby Lake Livingston. I could keep rambling on about stuff Charles did, but that would take forever. So I won't.
