Before you follow the steps.
Follow these first : www.planetminecraft.com/blog/how-to---download-forge/

1st : Go to mccapes.com
2nd : And then you'll see a logo of the "mc capes", In the side of it there's a register thing ( if you already have an account for that website jus logon that account )
3rd : Download the mod here : www.mccapes.com/downloads/
4th : Download the "Forge" one.
5th : If you downloaded it, put the mod on to the mods file.
6th : Go back to the website ( make sure you're still logged in ).
7th : Go to the Cape Gallery.
8th : For example I found Notch's cape. Click the "Use this cape" and then you're done.
