Here is all the steps and things you need:
Notice: this will work for ipods and iphones :D

step1: Dowload IExplore on your computer there is a link

step2: find a skin you will like to add to your minecraft pocket edition
step3: find your wire you use for your ios device then plug it in your device then plug your wire to your computer
step4: open iexplore then find com.mojangminecraftpocket and find minecraft app
step5: find something called char.png
step6: the skin you download,rename it to char
step7: move your skin to char.png in iexplore
step8: plug out your device then open up minecraft

warning: if it didnt work then double your home botton and take out minecraft from multitasking.
