You may have experienced some lag in minecraft and you wonder how you can fix it, this tutorial will show you how you can fix that problem.

To fix this problem you have to allocate ram, which means you have to do some technical things. This is now easier, because of the new launcher, it used to be much more difficult.

1. Open up your minecraft launcher.
2. Where it says profile click on edit.
3. In Java setting advanced there will be a numbers and letters like this -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M
4. Allocate the amount of ram you want.

-Xmx1024M -Xms1024M, this just makes it easier for you and you can also do this as much as your computer lets you.

To figure out how much ram you have on your computer simply right click on your
. Then go into performance tab and see how much memory you have left.

I believe you can use any memory symbol you want. For example, -Xmx1024M is the same as -Xmx1G
