Hello, I am here to tell you, yes you, how to build on the bottem of a platform. But 1st, this requires a bit of explaining. By platforms, i mean structures that have nothing beneath them. they could extend from the side of a mountian or span a ravine. Now, usally it's impossable to build on the underside of such structures without scaffolding, while this is a somewhat simple solution, this could result in loss of materials when you have to take it down and no easy way back up if you fall. What i am about to tell you its much more effient in time and materials.You simply place 1 bucket of water on the top of the platform in a place where it will flow over the side. Then you jump in that waterfall and float just under the platform. and bang! you can now build on the bottem of the platform. When your done with that area, just swim up, and move the 1 water to a new spot. this method also helps if you accadently fall, you could land back in the waterfall, and you have a easy way back up.
