If you do not know what splashes are they are the yellow messages that appear every time you are on the minecraft home page, just though i would point that out so you would now what you are doing. YOU MUST HAVE MINECRAFT CLOSED IN ORDER TO PROPERLY EDIT!


Step 1: Download And Install A Program Named Winrar


Step 2: Once installed click the windows button on your menu bar and type in %appdata%


Step 3: A file named roaming should pop up after that, hit it and then hit .minecraft


Step 4: Once your in .minecraft go into a folder called bin and find minecraft.jar or minecraft


Step 5: Open the minecraft java file inside bin with winrar by right clicking it and hit open with winrar.


Step 6: Now find a file called title, open that and find a text file named splashes.txt


Step 7: Edit at your leasure! Have Fun!
