This is a simple image I've made , to explain you how to craft a Suspicious Stew :



You can craft it with every flower but the effects will be different for each flower type you choose :

Oxeye Daisy = Regeneration
Allium = Fire Resistance
Blue Orchid = Saturation
CornFlower = Jump Boost
Wither Rose = Wither
Lily of the valley = Poison
Any Tulip = Weakness
Dandelion = Saturation too
Poppy = Speed
Azure Bluet = Blindness
