What I suggest:
-Try blasting Dubstep for 5 hours straight. Or Nightcore. With headphones. Undisturbed. 
-Go to walmart and buy like a bunch of mtn dews and open them up. Hopefully the carbon sound will replace Lavender's unforgiving sounds XP *this one is kinda stupid but I'm putting it anyway :D
-Invite friends over and 'hang'
-Have your older brother click his tongue really loud in your ear
-If all else fails, go to a shooting range!
