Hello! Welcome to the blog about how to cure your minecraft addiction. I once too loved and adored minecraft. This is not proven to help you but it help me. First off find the best server ever! Get recognized on that server, become popular, and advance in the game. Next I almost guarantee that server will crash or something will happen too it. (Trust me it happened to me at least 3 times!) Now when that server unexpectedly goes into the ground that is your chance to quit and dive for the light! After the server has gone down you will most likely be depressed. As soon as that happens promise yourself that you will quit... or will give it up for a certain amount of time. Now try not to find another amazing server (this is the key!) because if you find another great server it will most likely crash and the it will create a big cycle! You will eventually become bored with minecraft. The next time you get on minecraft and realize how bored you are try replacing minecraft with another game similar to it like roblox. Once you start playing the other game it will most likely be not as addictive as minecraft so all you have to do is stop. It should be that easy to quick the other game. Once you have cured all of your addictions then you will find yourself getting on the computer alot and not knowing what to do. I found that music and funny videos kept me busy for the 6 hours a day that I woulf usually play minecraft. Other things may help you!

I hope this helped you cure your addiction!

It worked for me and I thought this last blog would help make an end to my Planet Minecraft account,

Sincerely,
Cometzeus

P.S. I will keep my account but I will no longer use it!

Im right there with ya...Ive been playing since January 2012, and I literally lost my whole summer to this damn game. But recently I have been thinking of ways to stop my addicition and I found it. DELETE. I took all of my files related to gaming, (including most of my Steam Games) and deleted them. Now I really dont have the Urge to play it anymore. This was only me but for other people it may be harder. There are different ways to stop.
  • Deleting
  • Keep playing till you get bored
  • See a Therapist
  • Find something else that you LOVE to do like Minecraft [DONT DO DRUGS]
  • Lastly, try to get a buddy to help you stop playing it.

These are only some ways to stop playing. If you are with somebody that has the same thing as you, work through it together. This is my Farewell to MC. Goodbye!

1. Guys, if u don't wanna be unaddicted then don't pay attention to this stuff
2. Thank you, I'll definitely try your method out to get unaddicted
3. Don't spend all your dead hours on MC, do something like going outside or at least studying/doing hw

That is true, it's like PMC fulfills the dead hours that I'm not playing minecraft. It is so addictive like the game itself.
