So earlier today I had the pleasure of a player trying to impersonate a PMC staff Member join my server and ask for Op.
Before go into how I responded to him, I would like to share with you the story he told me to try and convince me to give him op. Before he stopped thinking about what he said, He had me going :D
Anyways, he joined the server saying that he wanted to review the server. So he started asking me questions about the plugins and very basic info you could find on my server page on PMC. (First Red Flag). Then he stated that he had access to a control panel for every server registered on PMC as a submission (A little too good to be true?). Finally, he then asked for op to see if he could "evaluate and check" our plugins for errors. (If he really had the dream control panel for every server, could he have done that there? XD). So me being in a Skype call with my Co-Owner, I decide to have a little fun :D
My only regret is not recording a video of his rage afterwards :D
He even banned himself because he thought, "This server is so bad that op doesn't even work"
The entire server and i loléd for about half an hour after this and I did not even have to ban the guy :D
Anyways this is just an idea for those weary server owners like me who want to have a good time.
I am and will always forever be a troll :D
