Sense i've been seeing a lot of sad things on PMC I wanted to bright up some spirits!
So lets give some advice how to!
1. Think postive. Don't keep thinking "its coming" "i'mma fail" "i'm gonna die" think postive like for example "hey i got a birthday party tonight!" or "my friends invited me over to dinner" and last but not least "i'm gonna go eat some frozen yougurt on the couch watching tv with maybe a friend" << Or maybe you could think "I can do this" "this will be easy" "i am awesome" "i'm rad" "i'm so cool everyone is gonna be so happy for me if i win this race!" <<
2. If postive thoughts don't work i would try to talk to someone. You can talk to me i will always try to respond and give some advice because, I know what it feels like to be pushed around. Being ignored..being depressed! Talk to maybe a close bff or maybe even your pet! They will probably listen to you and help you threw this mess. It might be hard to tell someone but you can do it.

and destroyed 2x times the world...
This is very old, I'm sorry.
Me, personally, when I'm sad I try to think about the real (sometimes multiple) reason why I'm sad and try to eliminate them instead of just worrying about them
Sometimes when you figure out why you're sad you can realize it's not as bad as you think
But that's just how I do things, it wouldn't work for everyone
I'ma balloon take my time dying =D
(Does that count as a balloon positive thought? XD)
