First of all, I will explain why I made this blog. It all began when the virus protection on my computer expired and I didn't renew it. My computer became extremely overrun with viruses. The internet was useless, the ads took over every single page. I almost spent a lot of money to fix it. But I thought, there must be a way to fix it. And there was a free and easy way. I learned about a type of software called Malwarebytes. You can download a free version (which is what I have) here.

After you download it and open it, click "scan". Then click "threat scan" and click "start scan". Malwarebytes will scan your whole computer. (My first scan took about 2 1/2 hours and after that each scan took about 30 minutes). When it finishes scanning, you should delete all of the malware that it finds.


The reason I say that it takes all of your viruses away is because it got rid of all of the virus ads from my computer. All of them. In fact, in its first scan it found 100 malware, all of which I deleted.

I thought I would share this short tutorial with everyone who has virus problems on their computer. Especially Minecraft players, which usually download a lot of different skins, projects, software, etc. that may contain viruses. Even if you don't have many viruses I recommend that you scan your computer at least once to get rid of any that you do have to have a secure computer.
