For Windows: first when you click the download link it will redirect you to a page there will be a lot of ads so ignore them but in the middle of the page is a button that says something close to download now click it and once its done it will open a folder that says the name of the minecraft world save so minimize it then go to run and type in it %appdata% exactly how i typed it then click roaming/minecraft/saves or roaming and then open up the download folder and drag the file you downloaded into the roaming/minecraft/saves or roaming then minimize it and go to minecraft and go to single player and play the downloaded file
for mac: you do the same thing as above but on a mac i do not know how to access your saves
