Do you have a tablet? Most digital artists draw with that and not a mouse/trackpad.

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are asking how you insert hand-drawn comic strips into online blogs, most people either take a picture and post it or use a scanner.

Oh, I get it. Well, I usually insert a spoiler (the button that looks like it has a banner on it), and press the image button. That will give a window where you have to type/copy-paste a link to your picture. In my case, I use a Deviantart link.
