Hello there, friendly memer. Have you ever thought to yourself, "Man, I wish I could duplicate this lousy one diamond I got. If only there was a way!" Well, what if I told you, there is! I'll walk you through it:

Step 1: Drop the item you want to duplicate on the ground. You are allowed to drop full stacks if you want to. Anything you drop will be doubled when this glitch is complete.

Step 2: Pick up the item. Wait a little less than a second, and then press Alt and F4 at the same time to force quit the game. If you are using a Mac, this is achieved by pressing Command and Q.

If you got the timing correctly, when you log back into the game, the item should be on the ground AND in your inventory!

How does this monstrosity work? Fairly simple really. When you force quit the game, the game will quickly try to grab as much info from your world as possible to save it, so no data is lost. So, you drop the item on the ground, and the game saves the fact that there's an item on the ground. Then, you pick the item up, and wait for the game to recognize that the item is in your inventory. Once the game realizes that, you force quit, so the game doesn't have time to save the fact that the item was just taken off of the ground. So, when you relog, the item will stay on the ground, but it will also be in your inventory!

It won't work for me! This is fake! Reporting 4 scams!!!1 Calm down bud. You probably won't get this to work the first time you try. The timing is pretty precise on this glitch, as you need the game to save one thing, but not save another thing. Once you get it down, you can get this glitch pretty much every time. Also, note that this glitch only works in single player, as in multiplayer, the server is always running, so even when you leave the game, the game still is saving things rapidly, such as, what items are on the ground.

Assuming you have one diamond, if you repeat this glitch, you'll have a stack of diamonds with just six re-logs! If this helped you out, please be sure to leave a diamond or a favorite. Thanks for reading! :D

Just posting an opinion here, but what's the point of all this complex cheating if all you need to do is start a world with commands enabled?

Commands are awesome, but some people feel this is "cheating" (cuz it kinda is xD). I wouldn't consider this "complex", it's just tough to pull off the first couple times. Once you've got it, it's very easy!

This would not because the game does not save because the server is still running but it might if the server is closed.
