This a step-by-step tutorial

Step 1, Get the tools required, either MCreator or Linkseyi's Mod Maker.

NOTE: you can not distrubute mods made with linkseyi's mod maker.

Step 2: Follow these steps if using mcreator:
-Go to your C: drive.
-Make a folder called Pylo
-Make a folder in the Pylo Folder named MCreator
-Put the mcreator zip in the mcreator folder
-Right click the mcreator zip then go to 7-Zip, Then do EXTRACT HERE. If you do extract files it will NOT WORK
-Run Mcreator in the new MCreator folder from the zip you put in the other mcreator folder and run mcreator
-Get MCP
-Drag the MCP zip on the "Drag mcp zip here" Box
-Let it do its work
-Start making mods!

-Step 3: For Linkseyis mod maker

-Use a clean minecraft.jar with the meta-inf deleted and modloader installed
-Just put the minecraft.jar in the linkseyis mod maker folder and run it and it will work.

UPDATE: Before you complain about not being able to distrubute the mods here on pmc. i know you cant, so dont say "AHHHHHH! YOU CANT DISTRBUTE THE MODS HERE!!!"
