This a tutorial how to use an enchanted book
First,you have to craft a book
Then,you enchant the book the same way you would a bow,sword,or armour,or tools.
pretend you want a blast protection chestplate (and luckily the book is blast protection IV)
you put the chestplate in the first slot in the anvil,then you put the enchanted book in the other slot
A chestplate should appear in the last slot and it should be blast protection IV
NOTES
great in survival servers because if you get the right enchantment you can own.
it will cost you xp to enchant the book and the chestplate so more expensive then normal enchanting
you still need bookshelves to get level 30 and stuff when enchanting books
