use the old version (2021) of the Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers




JUST DOWNLOAD THIS AND THEN CONTINUE ENJOY MINECRAFT :)

Other option:
If you have an NVIDIA GPU, you may be able to solve this problem by changing the GPU you use by following steps in this website. MinecraftでNVIDIAのGPUを使う | ラビットプログラム (rabbitprogram.com)
(Worked with Geforce RTX 3060 Laptop)

Basically the principle of this method is to use older intel drivers
because the latest intel drivers sometimes do not support 1.7.10 and caused the graphic bug



however, I dont face any graphic bug when using the latest nvidia driver now (i am using rtx 4060ti)

normally after install open minecraft again
your minecraft should no longer have graphic bug
