It boosts your frames way up high!
Its Optifine, without a lie!

Anyway's, What optifine does if you don't know is it boost your fps quiet significantly so go ahead and get it now!
There is more options to explore on increasing or decreasing your fps.
I have it installed!
It is very helpful and useful, without it my minecraft would be unplayable i use to get 30fps but now i get 90fps!

then just optifine even i have optifine but my fps is like 10 or 15 but with the help from this:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/195065-drastically-reduce-or-even-get-rid-of-minecraft-lag/ and look at his profile pic which is also derp
