Hey is your Minecraft laggy? Well no worries! Here's some things you can do to help combat this!

1. Change video settings to this

Graphics: Fast

Smooth Lighting
: Off

Particles: Minimal

Use VSync: Off

Performance: Max FPS

Render Distance: 2-8 less chunks = less lag

Max Framerate: Unlimited

View Bobbing: Off

Clouds: Fast

Mipmap Level: 0

2. Download and Install Optifine at optifine.net

3. Set Priority of Minecraft to high

Open Task Manager by pressing CTRL, ALT, And DEL at the same time

Find javaw.exe right click it and hit Set Priority and click high

If this helped you then give it a diamond why not?

You can also open Task Manager with Windows Key + T, right clicking the Start button, or right clicking the taskbar. Quick tip :)

I wouldn't recommend setting the max frame rate to unlimited, instead set it to v-sync. This limits your GPU to output frames as high as your monitor's refresh rate. By increasing it higher then your monitor's refresh rate, you'll notice no difference and simply be overworking your GPU then what's necessary. Also, I'd make it clear that after opening task manager on windows, go to the "Details" tab (if you aren't already there) and then search for javaw.exe and change its priority.
