Here is a quick tutorial on how to!

1. Post quality, original things that jump out and grab the viewers attention. Don't post something that will take about 2 minutes to make. Take time to make everything your going to post, to their best. Example. Don't post a Herobrine or Simple Steve skin as they don't get many views/downloads. Post skins that are creative and awesome!
2. Don't spam a chat room/forum trying to advertise your channel... They don't appeal to viewers because most get annoyed by it!
3. Don't copy someone else's ideas because most likely you will get reported. Plus you would have a bad reputation. Being called a copier/stealer isn't going to get you more subs!
4. Be yourself. Don't act like someone else on youtube, or any other place. Because then you wouldn't be thinking like yourself. You would be thinking as the person your acting as. And you wouldn't have the good ideas or original ideas like yourself
