So this is gonna be a blog of me telling you guys how to get better at building or improve your current skills in building.

★Materials★
So one of the main properties of making a good build is the materials you use , the materials and teqniques you use are so essential in builds, you can master your creativity by experimenting with diffrent blocks , combining them to finally finish a work of art that will make you look at it and just simply say ' Did i actually build that '. The main bloocks i like to use is Netherquarz and netherblocks , i think these two have a perfect combination toghether and they really do look nice , the darker color and the lighter color mixing together makes an equal blend of colors making a project look really nice there is an exaple in the pictures. The next thing i want to go over is the way you layout your matterials , try make a nice looking pattern in the floor mixing and matching with blocks creative a pattern, if you dont understand what i mean by this look at the floor pattern on the image i uploaded to get a brief idea of what i mean by mixing and matching . creating patterns are very essential when building a masterpiece this is because if things do not look symetrical in you build noone is going to like it they are going to think it looks to bland and out of shape. Lets say you was building a spawn try stick to one theme of your choice , pick you theme and stick to it , leading onto other themes is really going to confuse you and stress you out as you will not beable to think of any ideas to fit your new theme as your previous one may have nore charecterisitcs than your new one , i ike to stick to one theme as it makes it much easier for me to build and produde something good , it allows you to really go into detail and get very creative and go beyond what you could imagine you could ever do , i wouldnt say im the best builder in the world but just for me sticking to one theme really allows me to think about where i can place blocks and what blocks i can use to really make a nice pattern to go along with the chosen theme.

★Structures★
Structures are very important in building whever they are big structures or small structeres the very first big one i did was my pvp map . first of all i made the map with an application then imported it with world edit editiing the map to really make it look like a big pvp arena, they are mountains flowing all the way around to arena to really give it the effect of an actual pvp arena . like its enclosed so you cannot get out , if you are going to make a mountain pvp arena its time to get creative , dont go building your spawn in the middle of the arena do something speicial and thats exactly what i did , i first thought of building it on the surface of the ground but then i thought hey lets build it sticking out the side of the mountain maybe that will look cool , so its exactly what i did , there is an image i uploaded to show you guys how creative you can be with just a mountain side . In all honesty getting creative with your builds and making things look as realistic as you can will really bring out the inner you of your creative side , i never once thought i could do what i have managed to do today because i was never creative i always kept switching themes which really confused me leading to never actually finishing a build.

★Size★
Now we all know size isnt everything , diffrent sized scructures can look nice depending on how you actually build them , the bigger they are the more detail you will have to do getting nearly everyblock perfect , i find bigger structures very hard to build as my brain isnt as creative as it is with smaller build , i find that planning out a build before i do bigger scructures really benefits me in many ways , planning means you dont have to go back to thinking everytime you get stuck , the build you want is already there in the plans if you dont like certain bits thats simple you can just go back to the drawing board and simply edit bits out you dont like , smaller structures on the other hand and much easier in my opinion they dontt need much planning at all and are much  easier to build depending on the type of build you are doing , my factions spawn was one of the nicest but easiest builds i have ever done simply because its small , i find it much easier to put alot of detail into a smaller build that it is doing bigger builds because theres less gaps to fill meaning you can use all your creativity to fill the less gaps.

So this has been my tutorial on how to get better at building i hope this helps all you guys in getting abit or much better at building because its helped me alot thanks.
