if you want free stuff on a server but a moderator or admin disagrees to give it to you before you start nagging him make sure he doesnt see or talk to you then change youre skin into a girl skin and then pretend to be a girl and say youre new to minecraft then he will think that youre not gonna do nothing bad like griefing:]
