If you remember, a while ago I did a tutorial on how to get snapshots. I decided to re-create that tutorial!
1: Download the latest launcher.
2: Click 'New Profile'
3: Name said profile.
4: Check the box that reads 'Enable experimental development versions ("snapshots")
5. Check yes.
6: Select whatever snapshot you want to use.
7: Download the snapshot and enjoy!
Doing this will not corrupt your game in any way. Although, the latest snapshot has been reported to corrupt saves, so back up your worlds!
