How to increase your FPS.

Hey guys, so ive been hopping through the fourms, looking at all these "How much FPS yo get" posts, surprisingly (to me atleast) most people said about 30-50FPS : O. wow. In this tutorial ill hope to brings those up to 100-150 :3. Of your on a mac, just pretend that you can follow along :>
