Hello today i am going to show you a small tutorial on how to install a minecraft texture pack for Windows.
  1. Download the resource pack you are going to be installing
  2. Find your Roaming Folder (Press start and type in %appdata%
  3. Go Into your .minecraft folder. (You Must have played minecraft and it should have generated the folders)
  4. Locate your resourcepacks folder.
  5. Last you put the texture .zip file in the folder
