This works with ALL maps!
1.Download WinRAR. Click me to download WinRAR (Choose the one relavant to your operating system i.e. 64-bit, 32-bit, Windows, Mac etc)
2.Download the map you want
3.Go to your "Accessories" folder and click "Run"
4.Once "Run" has loaded type in it "%appdata%" (without ""s)
5.You should see a folder called ".minecraft" open it
6.Go to saves
7.Open your map file and extract the folder from it. (Take the folder out of it)
8.Put the folder into saves
9.Enjoy!
