1.press esc go to options
2.go to video settings
3.turn render distance to short or tiny (depends how much lag)
4.turn particles to minimal turn smooth lighting off turn graphics fancy or fast
5.turn view bobbing to off turn clouds off turn vsync off
this should work if it does not work then flip everything again
