(Sorry for my poor english i am Icelandic and having a hard time learning english so sorry :P )
Have you ever been on maps such as Skyblock, or Cluster Chunk?
I know some of you have or at least seen someone play it. Well most people would think,
"Well it they must have used MCedit or World Edit."
There is a way to do this without Mcedit or world edit.
I will tell you...
It is actually simpler then you may think, i have done this many times for maps ive built in the past.
Remember how you can create super flat worlds and change the presets?
If you do not know you can change the blocks to your liking!
If you change the code at the top of the presets page to 2;12;1
that should make the whole world one layer of sand.
I think you know where this is going....
Place one bedrock down and stand on it.
All the sand will fall in the void WARRNING this may get very laggy if you
dont have a really good computer.
I suggest letting it all fall and go do something else for a bit...
But that's it!
I hope you guys build awesome stuff.

With the new Setblock Commands type just /setblock ~ ~-2 ~ 5 and You Have a Blank World with 1 Block ;)
