HI every one Dan here from TheDiamondMinecart no just kidding today I gonna show you how to make a spigot/bukkit server first you have to do is got here: https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/buildtools/  and scroll down to Running Build Tools https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/BuildTools/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/BuildTools.jar I can just take the link xD.
