I will tell you how to make a minecraft team in six simple steps.
step 1: Get friends that play/will play minecraft with you. If you cant or don't have any friends then your probably forever alone...
step 2: You need to get Skype. Also get your friends to get Skype if they do then friend them. (P.S. YOU NEED A MIC.)
step 3: Make a server if you cant make one and your friends cant make one then find a good one that all of you like. NOTE. If the server isn't bukkit or hosted from a hosting website then it probably sucks.
step 4: It helps to make team skins that some what match. My team has a little symbol/pin that i added on to there skins.
step 5: If you are looking forward to live stream or make YouTube videos i would suggest using x split of live streaming and camtasia for YouTube.
step 6: Make a team name that everyone on the team likes. For instance my teams is The Followers.
That is the basic things you need to do to make a team on thing in mind tho is i wold get a fast computer if you are recording/ being the recorder... Just a tip.

Only issue is that I am forever alone... ;-;
How would I deal with that? How should I go about that? Visit creative servers, build something neat and kind of show around, offering positions of a build team?
I hate having no friends. ;-;
