Basically, this is what you do:
Step 1: Get/Spawn all the mobs you want upside down. (Besides Villagers,Enderdragons and Withers
Step 2: Get nametags and either name them in an anvil, Grumm or Dinnerbone.
Step 3: Go to your mob and right click with the nametag in your hand.
Step 4: Celebrate!
