I just got one for myself, so now i can tell you guys how to do it!
1. Go to this website http://mag.racked.eu/create.php
2. Customize it how you want it
3. Copy the URL it gives you
4. go to the "My Account Button" after you have signed in to Planet Minecraft
5. Then click "Change Forum Signature"
6. Click the "IMG" button on the top
7. Paste the image URL in between the to "IMG" words
8. You have now created your signature!
