A huge dilemma about making Minecraft servers is setting the world spawnpint. Yes, it sets the spawn point, but it doesn's actually make an exact spawn point, but instead spawns you in a radius of 10. Many have tried to fix this, but many have failed at doing so as well. But, I have found the secrets of exact spawn points! Behold... the command: /gamerule spawnRadius
