You are going to need a program to make the eyes
I use 2 programs. I use Medibang paint pro for the eyes and Paint.net for more stuff~
Reason why i use 2 you will learn later.

BTW both of these programs are free~

Ok! so once you have download Medibang open it and go to the left top corner

Go to File ( BTW I AM SO SORRY I DIDN'T SAY THIS EARLIER get a minecraft skin )
When you go to file click open

once you have clicked open get you're MC skin i will be using Green

alright once you have open up your skin it should look like this

now go to "Edit"
and click image size
resize it to 1240 for height and width.

Now there are many styles you can do. I will be teach you how to do my style. ( just for now )
now I'm just going to show you photos, The photo are pretty basic so it will be easy for you to follow.
1.


get the eyedropper and select this color

after you have selected it get the paint brush tool and

make on this size on the brush control Size : 8.3

then swatch it

do the same with the other color ( if you have no other color on the eye make a darker color than the one you have already )

then get the fill tool and fill the dark part up



Now get the fill tool again and go to the middle top and you will find this

change it to Ellipse

and make a circle like this


and you you're pattern done! BUT WAIT
we aren't finish yet!~

Ok so you want to go to brush control and do the size

then make your color PURE WHITE!~

get your brush tool

Make a circle! inside of your eye!

now get the size

and do the same thing!

Now get the size

and do the same thing again!

Now do the same thing with the other side!

Now this isn't your normal uploading minecraft skin! Its totally different now before my continue you have to get the more player models mod! again sorry i didn't say before we started! and you will need a imgur account AGAIN sorry!

Ok I'm going to amuse that you have the MPM mod and a imgur account : REMEMBER : I am doing this for 1.8 and up!
OH and save your skin!

OK so go to imgur and click new upload



once you have dropped your skin in there go to your name on the top right corner and click images


now you should see your skin like this!

now click your skin and on the right there should be a Direct Link Click "Copy"
Now! MINECRAFT TIME!

I'm sure you guys know how to open minecraft :P
Ok so now click F12 you will get a box and at the bottom click "Edit"

after that you will get another box and at the top click options

after that you will yet ANOTHER BOX lol
It will say "Skin URL"

Ok so now on your keyboard click Ctrl + V at the same time.

Now that you have your URL pasted in there click The X at the top right corner

And there you go! a HD Minecraft skin!
