Okay, I'm guessing you're here to find out how to make minecraft run faster. Each suggestion has been categorized into suitable headings. Before we start, please check you have 4GB+ of ram allocated in your system & that you set your minecraft setting ingame to 'MAX FPS'
Suggestion by SamTeamEnder:
"Another way to increase your performance is open minecraft launcher then open task manager then go to the details tab in task manager and right click java then hover your mouse over set priority and then click realtime or high [realtime is best]
You can also turn off your snooper setting"
Faster Minecraft using RAM sticks:
Okay, lets just not even bother with these sticks, they are useless and cost - lets do this for free...
Faster Minecraft using java arguments:
This part is quite advanced, however easy to deal with; just follow the steps.
Firstly, go to the launcher profile settings, then visit the area under 'JVM Arguments'. Make sure they are enabled, then remove everything in the JVM arguments box, except from -Xmx1G. Once you've done that, replace the '1G' with '3G'. This will add an extra 2 gigs of RAM for java to use for minecraft.
Remember, don't add too much or it will crash.
Faster Minecraft using java arguments 2:
For advanced and hugely optimized gameplay, see this. Remember, this part should be for advanced users only, as before, visit the JVM argument section, then delete all the code, then paste this into the box:
-Xmx3G -Xms3G -Xmn768m -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseNUMA -XX:+CMSParallelRemarkEnabled -XX:MaxTenuringThreshold=15 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=30 -XX:GCPauseIntervalMillis=150 -XX:+UseAdaptiveGCBoundary -XX:-UseGCOverheadLimit
Remember, you can also make minecraft run faster using x32 texture packs.
I hope this helped, diamond if it did.
