I could think of any tutorial to do for this until I noticed there wasn't many maybe not even any on Minecraft style text so I thought I'd do some research and make one myself.

Add a vertical gradient with the black and gray. I will update this soon anyway.

Yes just do what it says:

Add a gradient from black to the grey colour.
Then merge the 2 remaining layers and add a stroke
