Introduction
Minecraft is a great platform for making money. There are many options for making money and anyone with decent enough experience on Minecraft can make money to. But, as with real life, money isn't that easy to come around.

Here are my ways to make money off Minecraft. Some might not be included.

  • Adlinks: Adlinks are, in my opinion the easiest way to make money, but only small money. After you gain level 20 on PMC you may use a adlink service and have ads feature on your links, gaining you small money. [Approx. $0.00030 a click] Many people do not like ad links as it is a very spammy way of business. The main ad companies are google, adfly and adfoc. There may be more but these are the main ones.

  • Donations: Donations are a highly debated topic, while a donation should be to keep a server up or help an author [Mod Author] to keep living, many people use donations to make money.

  • Youtube: By monethising your videos -placing ads on them- you can make small money. I do not know exact figures but I have heard for every 100 views $0.013. This is run by google's adsense which is partnered with Youtube. The Youtube platform has changed a lot and it can be a lot harder for you to make money through this method. Videos are more likely to be demonetised and that can lead to them earning far less. Also, you have to be pretty established on Youtube with over 10,000 views before you can put ads on your videos.

You can also get sponsored to make videos or paid by people to advertise their maps/servers on your channel.

  • Twitch: Twitch allows you to become a partner if you have over 500 views on your streams constantly. This generates small money for streamers.

  • Commissions: There are many build teams out there offering to build anything if you have the money for it. From spawns to RPG maps, if you have the money and can think of something [That is massive] then you could probably get a build team to build it.

  • Plugins: There are many people out there offering to make custom-coded plugins for a price. From simple economy plugins to massive rpg plugins. Some big servers will pay people to manage them, but if you're skilled enough to do that then you'd probably be better off working for a proper company instead of a Minecraft server.

How to make money off PMC:
The easiest way to make money of PMC is to post projects, mods or texture packs where as people click the download link you gain money. This being said you need at least 1,000+ downloads on mod, project or texture pack to get any decent money.

What are the adlink services:

The main adlink service that is most used with mods, texture packs and projects is adfly. It is user friendly and through it's popularity is well known and trust worthy. There are other adlink services but adfly is the most trusted and most widely used one.

How to make money off Twitch:

Making money of Twitch is very similar to making money off of Youtube, it uses the same concept with placing ads on your streams but you need an average of 500 viewers on your streams while for youtube you could only have 20 views and still monethise.

Doing Commissions:
As far as I am aware you may not sell an item on PMC. Normally someone requests a map, or build and a build team leader contacts them or an individual contacts them and they discuss prices and the build/map on skype or other chat system. It is not allowed to post a shop on PMC that you have to pay for the work made.

Making money off of Minecraft isn't as easy as I have wrote here, it takes a lot of dedication, headaches and smart planning to make any amount of money, or in some cases, sheer good luck.

The only way you can legally make a profit off minecraft is ads on videos. Receiving donations and paying for acess so a server can stay alive is very different from making a profit off of minecraft.

If you don't understand the eula you can literally just read it on the minecraft website it is not super long or even difficult to understand.

(the "using our game" part I think covers most of the issue with using minecraft to make money)

Yeah, my brother was showing me how it works. He has 400+ views on one of his videos and it made him $0.01 :) Imagine what someone with a million makes. ;)
Great tutorial! I just learned that you can actually use (Ad link removed) links on PMC lol I thought they completely removed it but I've never been Level 20 so I never actually knew.

There are a lot of misspelled words though, you should fix it if you have time :)
