Welcome back to another Minecraft Tutorial! Today, I'll be showing you how to make your own Minecraft map a Archiving file! Here's the easy steps:
STEPS FOR PC:
Start Menu (At Bottom Left Corner of screen)
Type in %appdata%
Go to .minecraft
Click on "saves"
You will see all your maps in there. Now, if you renamed your world, say you first named it Epic World, then you renamed it to Awesome World, in saves, it will show up as what you first named it when you first created your world, so in this case, Epic World.
Left, then right click on your map you want to be made in a archiving file.
Click "Open with", and do WinRAR, 7-zip, or whatever type of archiving program you have.
Name it whatever you want to be, you can make it a zip, or a .RAR. I'm pretty sure that .RAR is better.
(For example, EpicWorld.rar or AwesomeWorld.zip. xD. You can have spaces when you name it.
It should be on your Desktop, if not, just comment down below, i'll try to help as much as possible.
There you go :) If you wanna make it downloadable, tutorial on that too on my account. :)
STEPS FOR MAC:
Go to finder in your dock
Hit go on the top bar
Hit "Go"
Go to Folder
Library-Application Support-.minecraft-saves- There's all your maps!
