Hello dudes and dudettes, Endercat here with a derpy new blog about...How to play survival! But this is how I play Survival! :D

Step 1: Create a new world. Call it B3STW0RLD3V3R!!! or something like that. Put cheats off, bonus-chest on, and no custom seed.

Step 2: Start the world up. Find the bonus-chest and get the stuff in it. If it has some basic tools grab some wood and stone and kill a few animals.

Step 3: Set up a crafting table/furnace and cook your meat, also craft a sword and some stone tools.

Step 4: Grab your crafting table and furnace and start walking in a direction. Try not to go in any other direction.

Step 5: Do this for a while until you find a nice place to settle down. It should have a lot of flat space, a few trees nearby, and some water. It should also have (optional) a desert or jungle nearby so you can be Indiana Jones find some 5W33TL00T.

Step 6: Gather some supplies for building a house (it can be anything!)

Step 7: Build your first house. Make it huge relatively large. Also add a staircase that goes underground.

Step 8: Put stuff in your house. It should have a furnace room (where the walls, floor, and ceiling are made of furnaces) and a storage room. Combine these two rooms if you want. You should also have a bedroom, with your bed and a chest next to it with all your valuables so you can guard your stuff so I won't steal it Also leave one empty room. This will come in handy later.

Step 9: You know that staircase you built in step 7? Start building an underground room that connects to the staircase. This can be your "farm room".

Step 10: Make the floor of the farm room dirt, and put some water in strategic locations. Till all the ground with a diamond hoe a wooden hoe.

Step 11: Build a barn outside your house, and get some animals in it, if you can. If you can't immediately, build the barn anyways because you can because it looks good, and you might want to put horses in it later.

Step 12: In your farm room, make another staircase that goes down to y=12. This will be your mining tunnel.

Step 13: Start stripmining. If you find a cave, explore. Try to stay at y=12 because that is the best level to find diamonds according to the Minecraft Wiki. Don't get lost!

Step 14: If you find a dungeon, make a mobfarm out of it. Don't make it automatic, you want the XP.

Step 15: Craft some armor with the stuff you mined. If you found diamonds, first make a diamond pickaxe. If you have 2 more after you make the pick, DO NOT MAKE A SWORD. Save them.

Step 16: If you have your diamond pickaxe, go mine some obsidian. Only mine 10. If you didn't find diamonds, go mining until you find some. Make sure you don't get lost!

Step 17: With your 10 obsidian, build your netherportal like this, outside your house with fence surrounding it so the pigmen won't be in random places:
ROOR
ONNO   R=random block
ONNO   O= obsidian
ONNO   N= nothing (air)
ROOR

Step 18: Light your netherportal and go into the nether. As soon as you get there, mine the 4 corners of your portal. Gather the obsidian.

Step 19: Go back into the overworld. Craft an enchanting table with those 2 diamonds you saved and the obsidian.

Step 20: You know that empty room you built in your house in Step 8? This will be your enchanting room. Hopefully you have a cow farm so it won't be too hard to get the bookshelves.

Step 21: Once you have the enchanting room set up, go to your mob farm that you made in Step 14 and get a ton of XP. If you didn't find a dungeon, go to the nether and mine a ton of quartz. It gives you a ton of XP.

Step 22: Enchant! Your first priority is to do your sword. Then your pickaxe. Then, armor.

Step 23: Now you're ready for adventuring! Write down the coordinates of your house in a book and quill or on a piece of paper in real life and go adventuring. Put everything in your inventory besides your best tools, food, armor, and wood into the storage room.

Step 24: Go adventuring. Explore deserts, jungles, plains, and savannas. These biomes have villages and temples.

Step 25: Once you get home (hopefully you got a lot of 5W33TL00T) do some regular housework. This can be stuff like organizing your storage room, harvesting carrots and potatoes, getting some XP at the mob farm, breeding your animals, shearing sheep, mining, expanding your house, etc.

Step 26: Connect everything in your world with rails. This includes your house, your farm room, your mineshaft, your portal, and whatever else you built. Make a few minecarts so traveling is easier.

Step 27: It's time to go Netherventuring! That means adventuring in the Nether. Mark the coordinates of your portal in the Nether and try to find a nether fortress. Once you do, mark the coordinates, and maybe build a portal there later. Kill a few blazes and some wither skeletons. Also gather nether wort.

Step 28: Head back home and make a brewing stand. Brew a few potions.

Step 29: Build a spawnerless mob farm. This kind of mob farm gives you the drops automatically and doesn't require a spawner. It doesn't give you XP though. (I will make a tutorial on how to do this later)

Step 30: Chop a TON of wood. You'll need it.

Step 31: Make a ton of doors and start building villager houses. Put a few doors in each one. Surround the village with fences so villagers can't escape and zombies can't get in. Alternatively, build the village underground.

Step 32: Once you're done with your village, get some villagers. You can use the curing method, or bring some from a nearby village.

Step 33: Once you have a lot of villagers, make an iron golem farm. This one can be automatic.

Step 34: Craft some eyes o' ender and start finding a stronghold Bring your best bow, a lot of arrows, full enchanted diamond armor, and some snowballs or eggs.

Step 35: Once you find a stronghold, mark the coordinates and enter. Try to find the end portal room. Hopefully you brought enough eyes of ender to fill the portal.

Step 36: Start battling the ender dragon. Use your snowballs, eggs, and arrows to get the crystals.

Step 37: Once the dragon is dead, acquire the egg (optional) and start enderman farming. Build a 2 block high platform and stand under it. Look at endermen, and kill them. They won't be able to hurt you unless you walk out from under the platform.

Step 38: Go back into the overworld. Get some equipment to build an enderman farm in the End.

Step 39: Go back to the stronghold and jump back into the portal. Make an enderman farm that is not a 2 block high platform.

Step 40: Get a ton of ender pearls, go back into the overworld, and go adventuring using your new method of travel! Also be sure to bring some potions of healing/regeneration. Also bring some silk touch tools if you have any.

Step 41: Try to find some cool biomes with interesting blocks in them. This is where your silk touch comes in handy. You could get podzol and mossy cobble from a Mega Taiga, acacia wood from a savanna, Jungle wood and vines from a jungle, mycelium and mushroom blocks from a mushroom biome, and sandstone from a desert.

Step 42: Gather some more building materials that are not found in the Overworld like nether brick, quartz, and end stone.

Step 43: Remodel your world. Make your house, your barn, your farm room, and even your mine look better. Also make some pathways so it looks nicer.

Step 44: Make a huge tree outside your house (a hand built one, not from a sapling) Make some vines hanging off the top and glowstone on nether brick fences hanging down. Make the tree at least 5 blocks thick. Use oak wood, but jungle leaves.

Step 45: Build a tree house that has parts that are both outside and inside the tree. This can be an extra storage room, or even an archery practice base (where you hit mobs that are very far away)

Step 46: Kill some creepers or use gunpowder you have stored and make a ton of TNT. Go blast-mining.

Step 47: Make your tree house piston-door-operated and hidden. Also make it so you have to parkour up to it or there is a secret way in.

Step 48: Build a garden outside of your house. It should have a pond that's about as big as your house (assuming it's a pretty big house) and some crops growing. Also plant most of the flowers you have. Use jack-o-lanterns for light and fence off the whole garden.

Step 49: Make a swimming pool. It should have a few lap lanes, stairs that go down into it, and should be mostly made of quartz with some stained clay for the lap lanes.

Step 50: TO BE CONTINUED

Good luck!

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo........   What I got out od this blog is: that you want us all to play MineCraft the normal way........? O_o
Not many of the steps seem out-of-the-ordinary, just the stuff I normally do,
it could be just me but I doubt it :/
Also I'll enter, for the 5W33TL00T!
